Extremely disappointed with the owner

We booked to stay at this propert in July 2014 for a holiday in February 2015. Money paid in July order confirmed In January 2015 recieved an email stating the property wasn't in available due to damage. That's it!! Money was refunded but at a lower exchange rate to July 2014 Owner didn't help finding a new property didn't send me requested photos of the property and when I reviewed this house on line beginning fen2015 it was fully booked Assume the owner recieved more money - extremely disappointed in this dies not ever begin to cover how we felt!! Would not recommend booking through this owner

Great location, we played golf at Victoria, kids did the beach. Great facilities, very well kitted out, Wife approved which is really something. Back garden was a real winner. The children loved the house and we will definitely be back.
