Beachfront Development. 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Apartment With Private Plunge Pool

Beautiful ground floor three bedroom condominium with plunge pool (180sq meters accommodation, 52sq meters terraces), fitted out as a second home and furnished to a very high standard. The goal was to create an apartment which was both comfortable and luxurious and we have included many items which will hopefully make your stay that extra bit special. The pearl of naithon is a magnificent gated condominium development, tucked away in a beautiful forested valley, lying directly adjacent to the magical, unspoiled nai thon beach. With numerous local restaurants serving delicious thai food, and sand so clean that it squeaks when you walk on it, this amazing little beach is located only 10 minutes from phuket international airport and 20 minutes from several world class golf courses.

Individual ac units in all the living areas allowing greater temperature control for guests.

Bedrooms:

Master bedroom with a super-king bed.

Bedroom 2 with a queen bed.

Bedroom 3 with twin beds.

Tvs, dvd players, ac units and ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.

Bathrooms:

All bathrooms en-suite. Master bathroom with a separate rain shower, double bath, wc and double sink.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 have separate showers, sink and wc.

All taps have filtered and safe to drink water.

Kitchen:

Open plan european kitchen with an island. Amenities include american style fridge freezer, oven, microwave, electric hobs, washer/dryer, wine cooler, toaster, kettle, egg boiler, blenders, sandwich maker and modern style accessories.

Living rooms:

Separate dining area between lounge and kitchen. Table sits 8.

Within lounge: 3 comfortable triple sofas, large cofee table, 55'' samsung led tv, home cinema with dvd player, satelite tv with a movie package, xbox 360 with kinect and games, wii, apple tv (requires itunes).

Terrace with bbq, plunge pool with jets, ceiling fan and sun loungers. Small terrace with each bedroom.

There is a professional fold-up massage bed in the apartment and we know a friendly (and decent!) masseuse, who is available for house visits.

The weekly cleaning of the apartment, including change of sheets, bath and beach towels included in a price. Additional maid service available.

Two cots with changing trays, and two booster seats / high chairs are available for families with small children.

Internet access, telephone and skype phone (you can log in with your own skype account) available.

Accessibility

The apartment is on the ground floor, so it is quite easily accessible (a few minor steps on a way to the apartment). No special modifications for disabled people have been made apart from a fold-up bench in one of the showers.

Outside

There is a large terrace with a bbq, ceiling fan, an outdoor sofa, 2 chairs and a coffee table. It can be accessed through the lounge window doors, from the pathway to the apartment and it joins the terrace outside the master bedroom, with private unheated plunge pool. There is a shared smaller terrace outside bedrooms 2 and 3.

The shared swimming pool is quite large. It has two shallow entry areas, paddling shelf and a jacuzzi corner.

Around the property, there are beautifuly maintained tropical gardens.

My name is Guy Burnside. I left England in 1989 and have been travelling the world for the last 20+ years as a Super Yacht captain.

My wife Hanna and our beautiful 3 years old twins live in England but it does not stop us from visiting and exploring other countries. We love our Thai home and wish we could go out there more often.

Why Hanna and Guy Burnside chose Phuket

After many years of searching the world for a perfect holiday home, I fell in love with Nai Thon Beach in Phuket. Lying in a beautiful forested valley, the beach reminds me of Thailand 20 years ago with little local restaurants, beautifully clean sands and friendly people. And for those of you who are seeking a little more entertainment, the bright lights, infamous bars, night clubs and colourful markets of Patong are a 30 minute drive away. From elephant rides, to world class golf courses and Marks and Spencers. Phuket has it all to offer. There are not many places in the world which can offer so much.

What makes this apartment unique

We have furnished this condominium as our home. The aim was to make it comfortable, with all the amenities you have at home. The lounge has three large sofas, centered around a large coffee table which is perfect for socialising. We have many games from Monopoly to the X-Box with Kinect. The condo is a corner ground floor apartment, which is relatively secluded; and yet only 5 meters from the pool. Thanks to a highly advanced water filtration system, my apartment is the only one in the whole development, with safe to drink water running from all the taps. And if you don't like air-conditioning, we have fitted ceiling fans in the master bedroom, balcony and lounge.

After a long-haul flight, it was fantastic stepping into this brilliant apartment. Had everything you need and more, lovely decor, plunge pool and gorgeous large main pool right outside. Our children made lots of friends, didn't see them for two weeks!

Pearl of Naithon is a beautiful complex, the lovely Naithon beach just over the road.

The owners were excellent to deal with.
