The living room is highlighted by a stacked stone gas fireplace and with a turn of a knob, the entire glass wall opens to the pool.
Adjacent to this room is the tiled Lanai that flows right through another glass wall and spills out and around the pool...this wall can also be opened up in which the entire living space becomes a part of the outdoors.
The spacious dining room overlooks the lanai area with fabulous walnut floors throughout. This house is the quintessential entertaining home, yet is private and quiet. All of the glass walls have sumptuous floor to ceiling linen drapes to give you 100% privacy.

This house is very comfortable to just hang out if you don't ever leave. Never mind there is a lot of traffic going by on the street, you don't hear it or get have a sense of it at all including sitting by the pool. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses etc to make a holiday meal- which we did! Beds were so comfortable we all slept til 10 am. Bathrooms are all very modern and high tech. Wonderful Nano windows open the whole house to outside deck area. Convenient shopping to grocery stores and specialty grocers. Beautiful neighborhood, amazing trees and flowering shrubs. Nearby park. Walk to the Griffith park. Meticulously cared for, very nice, high end furnishings. It doesn't get better than this! Live like a celeb for a weekend. (There are a few who live nearby.) It is not near the beaches but other than that location is wonderful for that part of town. Owner was highly responsive to questions, left good information for visitors at the house. Would definitely go back again.
The home was clean, well appointed and in a great neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the pool. Was a great California get away location.
This house was a great place for our family to set up for our March holiday. I'm originally from Los Angeles and brought my family for a visit and vacation. The neighbourhood is awesome and convenient to all the best parts of LA. Los Feliz village is walkable and full of great things!
Our host Todd was attentive and wonderful. We had busy days and this house was a welcome oasis at the end our activities. The beds are comfy, kitchen is well equipped if you like to cook, and the little pool is a welcome luxury. Our girls swam each day! Highly recommended! Thanks Todd! ❤
Quiet tree lined block; was an easy walk to Griffith Park as well as Los Feliz village. The house itself is spacious and perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed the pool and the builtin cappuccino maker. Highly recommended.
