This charming Provencal farmhouse is located in a quiet and peaceful environment. It has a wonderful pool in the middle of large olive grove and 2000 m² landscaped garden and a huge South-exposed terrace with beautiful unobstructed views.

Ground floor:

Beautiful fully renovated 80 m² living/dining room with working fireplace, parlour grand piano, beautiful flat screen television with Canal Sat and antique furniture.

Terra cotta floor

Fully renovated kitchen, wine cellar refrigerator, Miele stainless steel freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and pantry.

Huge fitted terrace with large Unopiu marble table and 8 chairs, electric rolling shutter and garden furniture. Barbecues are forbidden.

Large 72 m² pool with massage jets, alarm system, diving board, 6 sunloungers and optional pool towels. Weekly pool maintenance is included.

Wonderful 2000 m² landscaped garden with 3-seat swing, automatic watering and all the Provencal scents: lavender, rosemary, bay laurels and of course olive trees!

First floor:

Fully renovated master suite with large dressing room, private bathroom with bath, bidet, double vanity unit and toilet, 160x200 cm bed, high quality carpet, flat screen television, South-exposed and beautiful unobstructed views.

2x15 m² bedrooms with shared bathroom (bath, double vanity unit and bidet) and 140x190 cm bed. Bedroom 1: period bedroom with Louis XVI cane bed. Bedroom 2: flat screen television. There is a large cupboard in each bedroom.

25 m² office/library with new sofa-bed and private bathroom with shower, double vanity unit, bidet and toilet.

Separate toilet on the ground floor and on the first floor

Laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board

2-space car shelter, electric gate and indoor alarm system

This house is a haven of peace for careful people who appreciate quality environment. Pets are allowed under certain conditions.

Lovely house, great holidays

I loved the house, it was perfect for my family (2 small kids), the pool was nice, the view amazing and the owners were really nice! We really hope to come back soon!
