About Annabel Said
A little information about my family and I. I was born and raised in the Malta and I love this place. I know I’m naturally biased as this is my home country but I find that the fusion of different cultures come together in incredible ways that makes it hard not to fall in love with this little gem. I have a passion for culture in all its forms including places of interest, architecture, history, art, music and food. Our interest in hosting allows us to marry our passion for developing one-off properties with holiday accommodation. We bring our travel experience by doing things professionally but with an added personal touch, something that is incredibly difficult if not impossible to achieve in a hotel. We welcome guests from all over the world and we are eager to share experience and knowledge. We treat our guests as family and in return we expect our guests to treat our homes as if they were their own. Our ultimate goal is in developing happy memories.

What makes this Villa unique
As one guest rightly pointed out "It's like a boutique resort without having to deal with other annoying guests". It is exclusivity in its purest form. The top floor is accessible by climbing up 18 stairs from the upper entrance and includes 3 doubles bedrooms, an ensuite shower, a master bathroom and living/reading room. The main floor has a double-heighted lobby, a formal sitting room, a cloak room and guest toilet, the master kitchen and the master dining room that seats 8 people. The top-most terrace consists of a sun-lounger. The lower level is the entertainment area which hosts a 10 seater sofa, cinema, billiard, BBQ, another bedroom with ensuite, laundry room and of course the swimming pool with a large deck area having ample seating area together with a dining table. The basement level has a fully equipped gym.

Amazing views, lots of space, well located to good beaches and ferry terminal.
There is acres of space in this premium property and views from the balcony are incredible. The website photos are true to the property.
Annabelle our host was fantastic with sorting a few things for us along the way, plus very responsive and helpful on any Malta general questions we had.
Our one recommendation would be to put more suitable lighting over dining table where the balcony doors are, so you can leave doors open most times (currently there is a very expensive modern chandelier that can break easily in wind).
Also worth noting use of the gym or laundry would need consideration for person in downstairs bedroom. No biggie.
Had a great time and would stay here again for sure.

Stayed at this beautiful villa over the festive season. Spacious luxurious rooms, comfortable sleeping quarters,a big kitchen that can accommodate all the family, a large entertainment area which hosts an 8 seater sofa and a billiard table! The weather was to our favor so we also had the opportunity to enjoy the outdoor facilities, sun loungers and spacious seated area whilst enjoying the sunny view. Annabel was very accommodating & friendly. She also helped us in restaurant table reservations. We look forward to come again, perhaps in the summer months.

NO Smoking This is a STRICTLY NO SMOKING house. PETS are not permitted under any conditions. Check-in is from 2pm and checkout not later than 10am. A security deposit of EUR2,500 is automatically secured. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully released within seven (7) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. •No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. •No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. •All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in waste collection points/dumpster, and soiled dishes are cleaned. •All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. •No linens, towels etc are lost or damaged. •No early check-in or late checkout. •The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by the host. •The electricity and water usage does not exceed the limits setout hereunder Electricity & Water Usage We operate a fair usage policy. The limits applicable to Villa 77 are detailed below. The applicable allowance is very generous and should more than suffice on normal usage. However, if lights and particularly air-conditioning are unnecessarily left on when not in the house or if the water is left running for no reason the allowance would be exceeded. Air-conditioning should NOT be left running if doors, windows or other apertures are left open as this will cause consumption to spike. Both electricity and water meters will be read on arrival and departure to calculate the usage. In the event that you have used more than the allowance for the property, the additional usage will be charged at current rates and deducted from your security bond.
