A 3 bedroomed house perfect for a couple or up to 6 people. Situated in the south of France in a small Hamlet called Callas in the area of Var in the Provence-Alpes- Cote d’Azur 40min from Saint Raphael, St Tropez and the Mediterranean. Also 30 min from the Lac St Croix and the gorge du Verdon. 60min from la Colmiane and the skiing areas. The nearest Airport of Nice is 60 min away.

Callas is a small medieval village a perfect place to relax and drink a morning coffee.

The house has two brand new Bathrooms and a new kitchen complete with all brand new appliances. The two bedrooms upstairs each have their own balcony overlooking the country side of Callas. The other bedroom is downstairs. The whole house has been newly Furnished.

The house is complete with a swimming pool and plenty of shade to relax with a bottle of wine that you have brought from the world famous vine yards in the area.

The house is ideal accommodation whether for relaxation, cycling, skiing, wind surfing, getting tan, star spotting in Cannes and st Tropez, wine tours of the local vine yards and walking around the medieval villages nearby.

Equally nice as the pictures! Fantastic house in a really private location.

Me, my wife and our four month baby spent two fantastic weeks, in April, in the house.

Clean and well-maintained property in great condition and had everything we needed including terrace, pool, barbecue washing machine, wifi etc.

Great hosts, supporting us if we had any questions.

Took day trips to Grasse and St. Maxime as well as to close by villiges like Callas and Bergemon. Both Bergemon and Callas are really nice villiges and has some nice restaurants.

Visting wine yards are just a few minutes by car.

We will definitely come back!

Great stay!

Well equiped and spacious house. Clean and comfortable. Excellent outdoors with both sun and shade, garden with pool, a large plot with olive trees, beautyful view and privacy. Both coast and Gorges du Verdon within an hour drive. The road to Callas is narrow and winding, so not suitable to walk with children (car is necesarry). We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the house. Owner Fabienne is very attentive and easily contactible.

Sehr schönes, gut eingerichtetes Haus mit allen technischen Dingen für einen schönen Aufenthalt. Sehr gute Betten in wirklich geräumigen Zimmern. Netter kleiner Pool in einem wunderschönen, uneinsichtigem Garten. Zufahrt über sehr steile Straße (300 m) - nichts für tiefergelegte Autos. Ruhige Lage in Wohngebiet im Landesinneren, aber sehr zentral für Ausflüge mit dem Auto, z. B. St. Tropez, Cannes, Nizza, Antibes, Draguignan oder zum Canyon,. Auto nötig, da die Lebensmittelversorgung zwar sehr gut ist, allerdings nicht ohne Auto möglich ist. Von Fabienne, der wirklich freundlichen Vermieterin, haben wir sehr viele wertvolle Tipps für das tägliche Leben vorab und auch im Haus erhalten. Man wird von Fabienne und David absolut rund herum betreut! Erholsamer Urlaub in einem sehr schönen Haus! Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Wonderful Stay

We spent a fabulous week at Maison Callas and had a great stay. The house and outside space were super clean and had all the facilities we needed. We would definitely recommend staying here - Callas and the surrounding area is beautiful although with the lovely pool there is no need to travel too far! Thank you David and Fabienne! • Spacious, nicely proportioned

• Cool & airy

• Well equipped : furniture / wi-fi etc.

• Kitchen - spacious, well equipped, good appliances

• Comfortable beds

• 2 bathrooms - nicely tiled, large. One 'Italian' shower, one shower in bath

• Excellent outdoors for relaxing, eating, sunbathing

• BBQ - gas, big, clean, practical - ideal for alfresco dining

• Swimming pool - rather too small, particularly for 6 people

• Car port - next to house, keep the car out of the sun & cool
