Apartment in a gated community that develops around a well tended garden, suitable and safe for children to play, with direct access to Praia de Dona Ana, which is located only 250 meters away, with a pool, a children's pool and a tennis court.

The apartment has two bedrooms, each with two beds, a living room with dining area for up to 6 people and a living area with 3 sofas, TV with international satellite channels and access to WiFi broadband internet. The living room has a spacious balcony with a great view of the ocean, with a canopy that makes it the best space of the house to stay and to enjoy the view over the beatifull garden and the sea. The kitchen opens into the living room and it is equipped with all necessary utensils.

The apartment has two bathrooms, one with bathtub and a bidet and one with a shower and it is prepared to be a safe environment for children (child friedly). In the outside of the condominium there are plenty of spaces to park and there is a private parking place available in the building garage.

The apartment is equipped for safe use by children (child friendly), featuring safety latches on windows and doors to the outside, an adapter for toilet, the TV is fixed to the furniture. Tor a pleasant use by children there are available a proper chair and a cot, toys and books.

The apartment is an ideal destination for a golf vacation that can include several options from a wide number of excellent golf courses, 5 to 30 minutes by car.

Boavista Golf, Par 71, 3 km / 5 minutes, 18 holes, set in a luxury resort, near the city of Lagos. From some fairways, large and undulating, one can enjoy magnificent landscapes of the Serra de Monchique, the city of Lagos and the beach.

Onyria Palmares Golf & Beach Resort, Par 71, 7 km / 10 minutes, 27 holes, offers stunning views of the Ria de Alvor, the beach and the bay of Lagos. It has restaurants, beach club, shopping and various activities, sports and leisure.

Penina Golf Course, Par 73, 12 km / 20 minutes, includes three fields, an 18-hole and two 9-hole, is a fairly flat field, with many obstacles, among dense trees and several lakes, a highly competitive golf course.

Alto Club Golf Course, Par 72, 12 km / 20 minutes, 18 holes, extends through two valleys and offers a panoramic view over the sea and the mountainous fields of Serra de Monchique.

Forest Park Golf Course, Par 71, 15 km / 25 minutes, 18 holes, is situated along the Costa Vicentina Natural Reserve and is surrounded by magnificent gardens. The range of this field is remarkable. Offers pool, restaurant and horse riding facilities.

Morgado Golf Course, Par 73, 30 km / 30 minutes, 18 holes, located between the mountainous land of Serra de Monchique and Portimão beach, curling between several valleys, with wide greens and balanced obstacles.

Fantastic apartment, location and seaview!

Our stay in the apartment went very well. We were impressed with the warm reception and advice that we got when we arrived. The local caretaker Lourdes and the owners were very helpful throughout our holiday.

The apartment is confortable and well equipped. We loved having breakfast in the balcony with the amazing seaview.

It is conveniently located near Dona Ana Beach and not far from Lagos city centre. It was an excellent base to explore West Algarve!

Condo parfait avec vue sur mer spectaculaire

Nous n'avons jamais rencontré José mais il s'est assuré de nous envoyer une amie qui nous a gentiment accueilli pour tout expliquer le bon fonctionnement du condo et nous remettre les clefs du condo et du garage sous terrain. José a toujours répondu à nos questions par email et par téléphone, merci beaucoup José.

Le condo est très sécuritaire ainsi que le garage et le voisinage.

Notre séjour chez José a été parfait, nous n'avons manqué de rien et nous nous sentions comme à la maison.

La vue du balcon sur la mer est spectaculaire, la plage devant nous entourée de falaises, de rochers géants et de plusieurs autres plages tous aussi spectaculaires nous ont éblouis. Nous espérons y revenir un jour.

Le wifi est très bien, la cuisine très bien équipée, une machine à lessive, un séchoir à cheveux professionnel, deux chambres et deux toilettes, au troisième étage avec ascenseur.

Des jouets et livres pour ceux qui ont des enfants ainsi que des éléments de sécurité pour enfants.

Television équipée d'une satellite pour visualiser des émissions en dehors du Portugal tel que CNN et Canal France.

Nous ne pouvons que recommander le condo de José avec plaisir.

Entspannter Urlaub in schöner Wohnung

Iberlagos ist eine zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommene, aber durchaus gepflegte Wohnanlage mit z. T. selbst genutzten Wohnungen in einer Toplage direkt am Meer und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss in die Altstadt. Sie besteht aus mehreren 3-4 stöckigen Wohnblocks. Der Pool erinnert von der Größe her eher schon an ein öffentliches Schwimmbad und war sehr sauber. Man kann dort gegen Bezahlung Liegen mieten oder sich auf die Grünfläche daneben legen. Oder man geht die Treppen hinunter zu der sehr schönen Badebucht, wo sich auch eine Strandbar befindet. Während wir dort waren (Mitte Oktober) war die Anlage zu max. 1/3 belegt. Unsere Wohnung lag im 4. Stock eines Wohnblocks in 3. Reihe vom Strand. Trotzdem hat man einen sehr guten Blick auf das Meer. Wir waren zu zweit, aber auch mit Kindern wäre genügend Platz. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber, auf der grossen Terrasse mit grosser Markise kann man sich den ganzen Tag und bei fast jedem Wetter aufhalten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die komplette Ausstattung der Wohnung. Da es in Ferienappartments des öfteren an ausreichend Steckdosen und Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten fehlt, reisen wir immer mit entsprechendem "Zubehör". Dies war hier absolut nicht notwendig, auch die Ausstattung der Küche war komplett und alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll und wir haben uns gleich "zu Hause" gefühlt. So ist die Wohnung auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt gut geeignet. Der Vermieter war bei Fragen sehr gut zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. WLAN ist gratis und mit sehr gutem Empfang, da sich der Router in der Wohnung befindet. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Superbe sejour

L'appartement est conforme à la description. Il est trés bien situé avec un accès direct à une superbe plage (mais un grand escalier) et assez proche du centre ville pour laisser la voiture au garage. Le coin cuisine est un peu petit mais trés bien équipé en petit électro-ménager.

Et la vue depuis la terrasse est superbe. Prendre le petit déjeuner en regardant le soleil se lever sur l'océan restera un excellent souvenir de mon séjour.

Entspannter Familienurlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Lagos. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und hat einen tollen Balkon mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Der riesige Pool und der schoene Strand mit Strandbar sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Tiefgaragenstellplatz war ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Der Vermieter war sehr bemueht und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

The apartment is located in a condominium, with an exceptional view of the ocean, the beaches and the bay below, integrated in a well tended and pleasant garden with direct access to Praia de Dona Ana, which is just about 250 meters away. The Dona Ana beach is enclosed between rocky cliffs and offers adequate facilities, toilet, restaurant, boats available for tours on the coast and excellent conditions for diving and viewing of marine wildlife.

Through a pleasant walk, for about 10 minutes, we get to the historic city centre of Lagos, always engaging and lively, for its architecture, outdoor spaces, restaurants, bars, museums, cultural and artistic events and always for its fun and amazing street entertainment provided by artists from around the world.

In the near surroundings, there are several beaches, especially the extensive Meia-Praia, where one can practice various water sports and beach diversions such as canoeing, sailing, water skiing and windsurfing, and can rent equipment or learn these sports.

Nearby there are several very good golf courses, just a few kilometers away, which makes the city an excellent destination for golfing. In the region there are several water parks, with roundtrip transportation from the city.
