Our experience was very favorable in all respects!

This apartment is a gem in the center of Valencia. The location allows easy access to all interesting points in the city! The apartment is clean, very spacious, and has many features not expected in a rental apartment in the center of a city. The kitchen is well equipped, huge windows allow an abundance of natural light, and the inner courtyard positioning of the bedrooms allows for a quiet, restful sleep. Maria was a very gracious host and showed sincere interest in ensuring we had an enjoyable visit. We would definitely recommend this apartment and plan to return again in the future!

WOW, WOW, WOW

My husband and I had a wonderful 5-night stay at this amazing apartment in the heart of Valencia. We were met by the owners, Maria and Alejandro, who guided us to the apartment, which is very centrally situated, off one of the main squares in Valencia. The apartment is on the third floor of a beautiful old building, with lift access. As the apartment door was opened, all we could think of was WOW! An amazing living and dining space, with so much light, lay before our eyes. You have to see it to believe it, as the photos could never tell you the whole story. No expense has been spared in the beautiful furnishings and artwork on display. The apartment has 3 small balconies to the front, where you can sit and watch a slice of Valencian life. The beds are very comfortable, good quality mattresses and lots of wardrobe space. No need to worry about taxis, as you can walk to the restaurants and cafes of the old town and the hop on/hop off bus tours are less than 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Should you have a car, there is an underground car park just round the corner. Don't worry about noise, as the bedrooms are located to the back of the apartment. The best part of this apartment? The owners, Maria and Alejandro, who are without doubt, the most kind, helpful and caring couple you could ever wish to meet. They live very close to the apartment, so they were always there if you needed them, but not in an obtrusive way. Our stay would not have been as enjoyable, without their hospitality. A special couple.

Wow!!

What an absolute delight and surprise walking into this beautiful apartment. It looked so much larger than the photos. The apartment is beautifully appointed and in a great situation near the middle of the old town area. Maria was extremely helpful, giving us a map of the area and marking favourite sights to see, places to eat and a wonderful cafe in which to sample the famous Aqua Valencia drink. We had a very busy two days visiting the Mercado, City Hall, Ceramics Museum, Cathedral, Basillica, the City of Arts and Science and walking through the amazing old streets. What a beautiful city Valencia is! It was also lovely being able to return to such a comfortable apartment for a bit of relaxation before heading out in the evening for something to eat. Maria and Alejandro were so helpful, saying we could ring at any time and very kindly storing our luggage on our day of departure, allowing us to spend extra time in this very delightful and amazing City.

Perfect location, beautiful apartment

We stayed in this beautiful apartment for a week.

The owners were friendly and gave us a map with lots of details of where to visit, and get our bearings.

Just around the corner is a bike hire shop where we hired bikes for €10 euros each for the day. The apartment is in a perfect location to visit all the sights.

The apartment itself is stunning and will definitely be returning.

Fantastic hospitality

I cannot fault the helpfulness of the owners of this apartment. They went way beyond most holiday rentals, taking time to talk us through things to do in the area and showing us to nearby locals restaurants. They also kindly stored out luggage on check out day as we had a late flight. The apartment itself is very spacious and wonderfully located.

Precioso departamento. Ubicación inigualable.

Maria y Alejandro nos han recibido de una manera muy afectuosa, brindándonos todo tipo de información para que la estadía sea óptima. Además hemos sido los primeros sudamericanos en visitarlos!! Simplemente todo perfecto, el departamento está muy bien equipado y todo funciona a la perfección. Cerca de todos los sitios de interés, pudiendo ir caminando a la mayoría de ellos. Lo pasamos tan bien que dos dias nos pareció muy poco. Seguramente volveremos, hemos pasado días hermosos.
