Angel Fire Villa was built in 2007 and was entered in the Parade of Homes for that year by its’ custom home builder, Blue Ray Homes. The home won Best Interior, Best Exterior, and the Grand hacienda award for homes valued at $750,000 and up. You won’t find another home available in Angel Fire nicer than Angel Fire Villa.
Angel Fire Villa is located on the Country Club side of Angel Fire Village. It has an unobstructed view of the mountains and beautiful aspens from the back deck of the house where the covered Hot Tub is located. Access to the deck from the house is from the Great Family Room or the Master Bedroom.
The house has four bedrooms, each with a private bath. Hi-speed wireless internet available. There is satellite TV in the Great Room and in every bedroom. The loft area serves a the fifth sleeping area and has a queen size sofa bed with it's own outside deck area with a beautiful view. The game room has a pool table and its own private bath. There is a fold down trundle bed that converts to two twin or a king bed in the game room that can actually serve as the sixth bedroom with private bath. The house has three levels. The garage is on the lower level with the game room and another large bedroom with two queen beds, a bunk bed, futon and a private bath. There is also a sitting deck with a view of the back mountains and the ski lift area. The ski lifts are in the middle of town which is about 1.5 miles from the house.
The main level or middle level of the home has the Kitchen, Dining Room, Utility Room with washer and dryer, the Great Family Room, a half bath, Master Bedroom, and a large outside deck with a covered hot tub and a large gas grill. Guests may need to refill propane tanks at their expense.
The Family Room has a 28-foot ceiling with a large 12-foot tall rock fireplace with a large flat screen TV and stereo system with DVD. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and a beautiful view of the mountains. The master bath contains two dressing areas, a Jacuzzi tub and a steam shower. The upper level of the home contains two bedrooms with queen beds, each with a private bath and Jacuzzi tub. There is a large deck on the front of the house accessible from the loft area with a front view. The office is also on the upper level and has a printer and WiFi for your connected devices..
The kitchen is a gourmet kitchen with concrete counter tops, a prep island, a gas stove top, double ovens and all the cooking utensils you need to prepare your own meals at the house. The dining room table seats eight and the counter bar has six stools.

Monte Verde Lake - Angel Fire Resort's Monte Verde Lake is stocked several times throughout the summer with trout. Equipment and bait are available at the lake. Paddle boats and rowboats are also available.
Eagle Nest Lake is 2,200 acre lake 9 miles from Angel Fire and boasts some of the finest trophy fishing for rainbow trout and kokanee salmon in the Southwest. Fishing is excellent in open water or through the ice for 14 inch and bigger rainbows. Eagle Nest Lake is stocked on a regular basis.
Clear Creek Trail in Cimarron Canyon is excellent for the beginner. You will hike by numerous small waterfalls.
Elliot Barker Trail - is an intermediate hike with incredible views of the Moreno Valley, Baldy Mountain, Eagle Nest Lake and the Wheeler Wilderness. The end of the trail opens into a large meadow where you'll feel on top of the world.
Wheeler Peak - the tallest peak in New Mexico at 13,161 feet, towers majestically over the Moreno Valley. Climbing this earns you bragging rights. Wheeler Peak Wilderness is in the Carson National Forest. The Questa Ranger District office can provide information and maps of the area.
