Idyllisch und mit viel antiquarischem Charme

Alte Mühle aus dem 16. Jhdt. mit großem, gut gepflegten Grundstück und durch die Eigentümer mit vielen liebevollen Details versehen. Es gibt zahlreiche Freisitze und im Innenhof schattige Plätze. Die Wohn- und Schlafräume liegen alle im 1. Stock, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Terrasse ein Highlight. Die zum Teil innenliegenden Schlafzimmer waren über Oberlichter und Lichtschächte trotzdem hell. Die Bäder waren sehr schön, wenn auch nicht perfekt. Das Wohnzimmer/Wintergarten war mit Sofas/Sesseln bequem und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Der Pool war sauber, die Anlage um den Pool neu und schön gestaltet. Die Vermieter Maria und Salvador waren freundlich und hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Es gab einen Senior, der täglich zur Fütterung des Esels und ggf. Gartenbewässerung kam. Die ruhige Lage (außer dem Hahnenkrähen) in der Inselmitte ermöglichte es, viele Orte auf kurzem Weg zu erreichen.

Fazit: Ideal für 2 Familien, sehr viel Platz drinnen und draussen. Wer in altem Gemäuer abseits vom Strandtrubel urlauben möchte kann sich hier wohlfühlen. Wir werden wiederkommen....

Owner's Response: Gracias por vuestro comentario. Espero que pronto nos volvamos a ver, ya sabeis que esta es vuestra casa en Mallorca. Son Costa ofrece la posibilidad a sus visitantes de adentrarse en el ambiente de las casas señoriales del centro de la isla, pero contando con todas las comidades a las que estamos acostubrados hoy. Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas así como los baños. En el exterior su gran jardín permite a los más jóves disfrutar del aire libre y el gran porche equipado con mesas, sillas y nevera que supone el poder comer frente al jardín disfrutando de la tranquilidad. La piscina cuenta con otro porche con zona de descanso para todos. Siempre destaca la tranquilidad y la paz que se respira en Son Costa. Os esperamos a todos y ya sabeis que os ofreceremos toda la información complementaria que necesiteis sobre la isla. Hasta pronto.

We loved our stay at Son Costa. It was just what we wanted, traditional, self contained, quiet and away from the crowds but easily accessible to other areas on the island. An ideal location for a tranquil holiday. Perhaps not ideal for small children. We loved the traditional touches and the local town, Montuiri, was ideal with a small supermarket and local cafes and we found it very refreshing that very little English was spoken so we were able to brush up our Spanish. We would recommend the local market on Wednesday at Sineu. Maria and Salvador were there to meet us on arrival and couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay without being intrusive. We hope to return.

Herrschaftliches Landgut

Wir fühlten uns wie Gutsbesitzers. Das Anwesen ist großzügig, sauber, wir wurden freundlichst empfangen. Man lebt ungestört trotz des Touristenrummels im August.

Das Haus ist typisch mallorquin mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten und zum Glück nicht im Einheitsstil der Moderne renoviert

Reichlich Platz für uns 6 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder

Lieblingsorte : die Terrasse mit Blick über die Hügellandschaft und am Abend mit dem Sternenhimmel.

Der Pool als Daueraufenthaltsort der Kinder.

Très belle location

La maison est telle que décrite sur le site, très grande et très propre, avec la gentillesse de Maria Magdalena et de sa famille en plus. Ce sont des vacances hors du temps mais avec tout le confort et une piscine magnifique. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location en sachant que l'on est éloigné des zones touristiques. Vacances inoubliables, nous espérons pouvoir y revenir.

Traumhaftes Anwesen auf dem Lande

Wer die Einsamkeit abseits des Trubels und ein geräumiges und stilvolles Anwesen sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die alte Mühle aus dem 16.Jh gruppiert Zimmer und mehrere Ebenen um einen (abschließbaren) großen Innenhof mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten, verfügt über große Zimmer und Bäder, eine phantastische Dachterrasse mit Blick auf die umliegende Hügellandschaft, einen größeren Garten vor dem Haus samt überdachtem Freisitz und Grill und v.a.einen großartigen Pool-Bereich mit Liegen und Sesseln, der zudem durch Hecken geschützt ist und dadurch uneinsehbar. Nebenan hört man ab und zu den Esel, ansonsten das Gackern von Hühnern und kaum Lärm von der Straße, weil das Haus etwas zurückversetzt liegt. Wir haben uns hier zu zehnt sehr wohl gefühlt, Maria und Salvador sind nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Im nahen Montuiri gibt es Läden und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Das Haus selber ist ordentlich ausgestattet, die Einrichtung gewollt antiquarisch und stilvoll. Wer Hochglanz sucht, ist hier falsch. Die Abende auf der Dachterrasse unter dem Sternenhimmel sind herrlich. An die Ostküste und nach Formentor z.B. fährt man eine knappe Stunde. Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder.

Owner's Response: Ha sido un verdadero placer teneros en casa. Esperamos que volvais muy pronto. Estamos muy contentos que os guste la casa y su entorno. Como sabeis, estamos siempre haciendo mejoras. ahora en el jardín hemos instalados la zona de sombra con sus hamacas para descansar. Recordad que estamos a vuestra disposición siempre para la organización de visitas y excursiones a distintos lugares de la isla.

Des vacances de rêves!

Nous avons passé 3 semaines cet été à son costa et nous étions 3 familles (10 personnes). La villa est très spacieuse et chacun peut avoir son intimité . La piscine est très agréable et la maison a un réel charme authentique et traditionnel. La situation de la maison est idéale car bien centrée sur l'île ce qui permet de visiter tranquillement et en même temps de ne pas être gêné par les touristes du mois d'août qui s'agglutinent sur les plages! Les propriétaires sont adorables et donnent de précieux conseils. Merci encore à Maria, Salvador et Francisco pour ces merveilleuses vacances et nous espérons que nous aurons l'occasion de revenir.

The 'Possession' Son Costa is located near the picturesque village of Montuïri. Surrounded by nature emphasizes its own pine forest landscape with a place to enjoy nature. It is ideal for sports like hiking, biking or simply to enjoy the tranquility of the Majorcan countryside.

It is located just 30 kilometers from the capital, Palma de Mallorca and around the visitor can enjoy visits to nearby villages and Llevant Pla de Mallorca. It will also allow you to discover the most famous beaches and coves of the island.

For golf enthusiasts 25km is a great golf course. It features a large swimming pool, 12x5, ideal for families with children and also has a large garden to practice other sports or just reading while enjoying the breathtaking sunset Mallorca.

On the main floor of the house are a total of five bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and a toilet. It also has a large kitchen and dining room (which features antique furniture typical of the manor Mallorca).
