Clean, comfortable, great home base for golf, biking, castles, history
My group of three adults and one older teenager loved our stay at the Nairn house. Some of us golfed every day, others biked to Brodie Castle. We also visited the wonderful Cawdor Castle and the Culloden battlefield. Thursday night we were lucky enough to attend the Nairn Cèilidh Group performance at the Nairn Community & Arts Centre, just around the corner. The house was clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of a grocery store. The owner was pleasant and easy to contact. Highly recommended! We would stay here again!
A family sized property in a great location.
The house is just minutes from the links and the beach. The town centre is a 5 minute walk away and a large local supermarket within walking distance. The accommodation is first class and we would happily book the house again. Our fortnight in Nairn was blessed with superb weather - why would you go abroad !!
Perfect for our holiday
I can only speak for our party which consisted of 4 adults. We found everything we needed in this comfortable holiday home. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, there was still easy access to shops and the sea front. It was a great place to stay to explore the whole of the Moray coast too. Everyone was very happy and with absolutely no complaints.
A very comfortable house, tastefully furnished and it’s feels like a home. Thank you for sharing it with us. Nairn is an attractive town especially Fishertown, the beach areas and harbour are lovely and there are plenty of amenities in the town. We had memorable meals out at Sun Dancer ( amazing views over the Moray Firth) and The Classroom. The areas around both sides of the Moray Firth are beautiful and we fully intend to return one day.
A nice big house, very well equipped and in a good location for all local facilities
Bit difficult to find as access is up a narrow lane which we passed several times. Keys were a bit tricky to use and we had to access the house through the patio doors until we got the hang of the front door. Some oil required I think. Did a lot of cooking because of my grandson’s special diet and found the kitchen particularly well equipped and stocked with all the basic ingredients not usually found in holiday lets. House was well furnished and roomy. TV and Wi-fi very good and access to 4G. Located handily for local amenities but if you are after views or privacy perhaps not the best
Great vacation stay!
The house was just what we needed for our week in Scotland. The house had plenty of space for 5 adults and was cozy and inviting. It is close to the beach and within walking distance of the local grocery store. Diane was prompt and responsive to all our questions and the house was clean and neat when we arrived. Thank you Diane for your help and for your restaurant recommendation- we went to the Sundancer for dinner one night and it was delicious. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and this home was perfect for us.
