These 2 - 3 bedrooms apartments sleeps two till eight persons has featuring fully fitted kitchen, TV, DVD, WiFi internet 24 hours, living room and south oriented terrace areas, each bedroom has its own bathroom, some en suite. The apartments have air-condition hot and cold, 1. or 2. floor, lift, south orientation, free private parking in front of apartments. Terrace is south oriented overlooking the garden or pool. We are not a 5star hotel and we do not offer entertainment.

Restaurants, bars, cocktail bars, beach restaurants, supermarket, bakery, butcher, banks, newspaper shop, pharmacy, laundry, excursion office, hair and beauty salon, cafe bars, children's playground, shops, small park, gym, live lounch, English speaking social clubs and public bus station are all situated in walking distance between 100 and 1000 meters. Easy walking to the beach in 200 meters. You will find all in walking distance but specially at the summer month we recommend a rent a car. In Spain car rental is not so expensive and it's worth to have a car to visit also close destination like Gibraltar, Tarifa, Ronda, Malaga City etc. By inquiry we can recommend you some rental cars companies.

We are German and live since 20 years at the Costa del Sol, also called Costa del Golf. Volker is Golf Pro and can introduce golfers to the golf paradise on the coast with many different Golf courses. In Marbella are over 142 different nationalities registratet and we love the international flair of Marbella. With a special micro climate we have sunshine 320 day a year and sometimes even 340 days. You have 12 months warm temperature and sports like golf or tennis can be played all year. Please ask for special winter offers from October till May.

We have high season during the summer months and very strong cancel policy. Therefore, we recommend a travel insurance.

Why Angelika Holiday Marbella chose Estepona

The property is perfect connected with access to the coast road, walking distance to the beach and to the shopping centers. We have restaurants, cocktail bars, live music bars, cafe´s, shops, pharmacy, international newspaper shop, butcher, bakery, hair and beauty, bank, excursion office, etc , all in a radius of 100 - 1000 meters. The local bus stop in 500 meters connects you with Marbella, Puerto Banus, San Pedro and Estepona. Car is not necessary but recommended because car hire is not expensive in Spain.

What makes this apartment unique

The urbanization El Paraiso Barronal is a beach side residential area with between coast road A7 and beach. The beach restaurant Pepe is open almost all year. You will find Tennis, Thalasso SPA, Golf courses, Fitness Center close to apartment.

The famous SELWO Safari Park, water sport and all kind of sport and other facilities are close to our apartments. This private apartment is built in the urbanisation El Paraiso Barronal and close to a hotel, which is temporary closed. Therefore we do not have entertainment in our urbanization, but 2 pools with free sunbeds for you guests.

I've now written my 3rd review on Homeaway and really hope you will get it this time. Otherwise you have to check with homeowners to make sure they are registering the reviews. I took a print screen this time so you can see. I wrote a very positive review every time as we were very happy, I just hope you get it!

Anyway I wrote this, and maybe you can quote me on your website if it doesn't work through homeowners.

"We were very happy with our stay! The apartment was well over our expectations; very clean, spacious, all amenities you need. Very quiet neighbourhood, apartment block was nice and clean. Two pools that we used every day and a jacuzzi on the balcony. Just a short walk to the beach and super markets & restaurants close by. We had underground parking for our car and Angelica (the owner) was very helpful with anything we needed. We also brought our dog, who was very welcome, and had lot's of space and air-conditioning! I have nothing to complain at, the opposite really…we were so pleasantly surprised and we really enjoyed our stay very much!"

I'm sad some people are writing such bad reviews for you. Really terrible demands for what you're paying.

Sehr schönes Ferienappartement

Wir haben schon das vierte Mal in diesem 3-Zimmer-Appartement von November bis Ende März 2017 überwintert. Alle Angaben und Fotos sind zutreffend. Die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig und die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Ein ideales Feriendomizil sowohl für Langzeit- als auch für Kurzzeiturlauber. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist 100%ig gerechtfertigt.

Darüberhinaus ist der Service durch Angelika Eisinger exzellent was Wünsche und Betreuung betrifft.

Der naheliegende Strand mit den Lokalitäten, den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nicht zu vergessen das wunderschöne Hinterland tragen mit zum Wohlfühlfaktor bei.

Wir werden weiterhin unsere Urlaube dort verbringen und können die Unterkunft bestens weiter empfehlen.

Great holidays, fantastic apartment!

We received a very warm welcome from Angelika, who is running the apartments. With great weather and clean - big apartments we had a lovely stay. We also liked the many restaurants right at our door steps.

The short distance to the beach was also enjoyable.

We will be back for sure.

erholsamer Urlaub in sehr schönem Appartement

Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder: 14 und 17) haben 2 Wochen in diesem sehr schönen Appartement verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und lässt keine Wünsche übrig: 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Küche (mit allen Geräten), Wohnzimmer und Balkon.

Die Geschäfte sowie der Strand sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Ein besonderes Dank an Angelika, die uns stets mit dem Rat und Tat zur Verfügung stand.

Wir kommen gerne zurück.

Great apartment and fantastic holidays

Due to the recent review we would like to report our experiences. For 3 years we have spent our holidays in this apartment. The reception was friendly from beginning with many recommendations. The apartment is large, bright, modern, functional and clean. El Paraiso urbanization is great and well maintained. All needed facilities are in walking distance. The sea 250 meters away. Perfect for us and our teanagers. We will be back again next year.

Aufgrund der letzten Bewertung moechten wir gerne unsere Erfahrungen berichten. Seit 3 Jahren verbringen wir unsere Ferien in diesem Appartment. Der Empfang war von Anfang an freundlich mit vielen Empfehlungen. Die Wohnung ist gross, hell, modern, zweckmaessig und sauber. El Paraiso ist super und gepflegt. Alles in der Umgebung, das Meer in 250 Meter Entfernung. Perfekt fuer uns und unsere Kinder im Teanager alter. Wir werden auch im naechsten Jahr wieder kommen

The apartments are found 75km from Malaga airport on the N340 km166,5 south orientated and 151km from Jerez airport, 197km from Granada airport, 47km from Gibraltar airport, 235km from Seville airport and 424km from Faro airport. Located between Marbella and Estepona on the N340 km 166,5 in the lovely urbanisation El Paraiso Barronal 200 meters direct access to the beach.

Walking distance to the shops, supermarket, bank, bars, restaurants, disco pubs. 6 km to Puerto Banus, 12 km to Marbella Centre, 2km to the Golf course and sport center like tennis, horse riding, water sports.

SPA and Wellness Center are only 800 meters away from the apartments.

With the exceptional mild weather of the Andalusia region golf can be played all year around. Evan over Christmas time playing in short sleeve shirts is most usual. Director of the Golf Open Tour and member of PGA of Spain & Germany, Dr. Volker Bernhardt, is not only a successful player but holds also a well known reputation as a Golf teacher up to Asia, USA and South Africa.

Ski: Granada - Sierra Nevada - 120 km ski slopes ! A wonderful escape from the beach and sun to the snow. 250 km distance from the apartments. Sierra Nevada is Europe's most southern ski resort. The resort is located 32 km from the centre of Granada. In 1996, it hosted the World Alpine Ski Championships. The ski season normally lasts from the beginning of December until the end of April or beginning of May. Artificial snow machines now mean that the resort can open for skiing even when there is no natural snow. Andalusia has a very high proportion of sunny days even in the winter and usually it is possible to ski with beautiful blue skies and warm temperatures. It is possible to ski in the morning and sunbathe at the beach in the afternoon on the same day. The highest summit of the Sierra Nevada range is Mulhacén at 3,481 metres, the highest ski lift and piste goes to just below Veleta which is at 3,398 metres.
