Why Stay U-nique chose Sants-Montjuïc
Sants is a very interesting neighbourhood as it is one of the few that hasn't been transformed so much to accommodate to tourism. It is by far one of the most real and authentic Barcelona Barrios, so very suited if you want to live like a local. Sants is also a very quiet and safe neighbourhood, there is absolutely nothing to worry about, any time of night. It is also important to note that Sants is still in the inner city parts of Barcelona, so all of Barcelona´s other barrios and famous sights can easily be reached with the brilliant public transport system.
What makes this Apartment unique
Absolutely lovely living room and rooftop terrace where you can enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine during sunset! To get to the apartment, the easiest is definitely a taxi which takes about 20 minutes. For getting around the city there is both plenty of bus stops as well as the Badal metro stop just around the corner. From there you can take the metro to Placa Espanya, and from there, to anywhere in th city.

Located in Les Corts which is a 15 minute metro ride to Placa Catalunya and is well serviced by both Les Corts and Plaça Del Centro metro stops which are both on the green line, as well as the Estacio Sants train station. The Sants station is a short walk from Les Corts and has direct trains to the Airport, and other popular destinations such as Sitges on the coast.
Les Corts is an affluent residential and business area, dominated by small streets of building blocks and parks. The area is not as high profile as many the more inner or water-side districts, but is still a good choice as a base during a stay in Barcelona. Les Corts has a fair selection of reasonably priced restaurants serving high quality food and is on top considered to be one of the safest and most quiet areas in all of inner Barcelona. Barcelonas excellent public transport means that from Les Corts you can be in the heart of the city in less than 10 minutes. Les Corts is not completely without pastimes though, as one some of the most fashionable shopping areas lie here. An example is the large L’Illa shopping mall which hosts shop of every kind as well as a large El Corte Inglés. Les Corts also hosts a number of upscale stores in and around the Plaça de Francesc Macià. Les Corts’ by far biggest attraction is the football stadium of FC Barcelona, the 99,786 seater giant of Camp Nou, which also is the biggest football stadium in all of Europe. More than just the football stadium, Les Corts also lays ground to the FC Barcelona Museum which is now the most visited museum in all of Catalonia, as well as the FC Barcelona Botiga, which is Nike’s biggest store in the world. Next to these installations is also the FCB basketball and handball team home ground, the Palau Blaugrana.
