About the property

Good accommodation for four with large balcony and secure free wifi.

The apartment has a combined lounge/dining room with patio doors leading to a large balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double and 2 singles ) Large wardrobes and storage cupboards so suitable for a family of 4, 2 couples or a small gouup of golfers or tennis players.It has full aircon/ heating, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, secure wifi, TV, DVD/CD player plus you should find all the domestic consumables you need we ask only that you replace anything you finish.

It is located in Bellaluz Village, which comprises 260 low rise apartments plus shops bars and restaurants. It is on the first floor just away from the main square with a gift shop below. It has no apartment above so ceilings go up into the roof giving an airy feeling to the room.

The community has it's own large solar heated pool which is about 100mtrs from the apartment. At the pool there is children play area. Towels/linen are provided and changed weekly. For letting over a week a weekly maid service is provided. Beach towels can be provided.

As resident you will be entitled to 50% discount on all the sports facilities at the club. In addition to the 3 golf courses there is a tennis centre with 20 courts, a bowling green, squash courts and petanque area. There is a fully equipped spa with gymnasium and health and fitness centre. Finally but not least there is a football centre with 8 pitches that are mainly used by Scandinavian teams in the winter but during school holidays academies are run for football, cricket and rugby. Academies are also run for golf and tennis at their centres.

If you intend to play golf you should take your handicap certificate and you should book tee times in advance as the courses can get very busy at popular times. If you are interested in going for a longer period to play golf and escape the autumn / winter weather we can be flexible on prices and include golf at an even further reduced rate.

If you have young children there is a well supervised mini club and baby sitting services can be arranged.

Spotless and all the facilities you need for a fab holiday

Lovely break in sunny La Manga. The property is perfectly positioned to explore the Mar Menor, La Manga strip, Cartagena and more. A car is recommended but not vital. Very easy car hire and driving in the area

Supermarket shops and bars within walking distance as is communal pool with bar

Beach requires a car but worth the effort

A really great apartment, exactly what we needed, everything is supplied and more and the owner, Phil, is very helpful.

The apartment is in a great location right next to the village square and near the pool and we would definitely recommend this apartment

Excellent Accomodation and Location

Great location next to Bellaluz Square. Convenience store, restaurant and pubs within 100 yards of apartment in the square. Plenty of parking spaces. Clean and comfortable apartment. Philip (owner) even popped round to see us on 1st day to ensure everything was ok. Highly recommend.

Excellent apartment in a great location

We have recently spent a fantastic week with our two young children in this apartment. The location is great, just off the main square in Bellaluz and a two minute walk to the pool. The apartment is exceptionally well maintained and pristinely clean. It contains everything you could possibly need including large fridge freezer, washing machine, free wifi, large selection of satellite channels and plenty of wardrobe space. The owners were very accessible and friendly and happy to answer any question.

Well equipped and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely 2 bedroom apartment just off the main square in Bellaluz. As the apartment had previously been a family home for the owners, it comes very well equipped with air conditioning in each room, a full TV package including Sky Sports, a kitchen with all the mod cons and many family games. When we return to Bellaluz, we will definitely try to book this apartment.

Homely, comfortable and excellent location

Ideal location with nice views and next to Bellaluz square. Not far to the swimming pool. Good facilities and comfortable as described. Clean apartment and cozy. The owner provided a very good customer service to make our stay welcome and comfortable. You definitely need a car to explore outside La Manga. The only fault was the leaky shower which the owner is now aware of and can be easily fixed. We really enjoyed our stay.
