Contact
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and thought the cottage was excellent and extremely well equipped. I have one suggestion that you might possibly find interesting. When the time for our holiday approached, I tried to make contact with you to obtain arrival instructions. The process that one seemed to have to follow involved following links to your website, attempting to confirm who I was, which required a password I did not have, getting trapped in a cycle which kept asking me what I wanted to book, including the cottage we had already booked, which was mildly alarming. After struggling for an hour, I simply gave up, found an email from the agent, Rachel Copley and, ignoring the Vrbo instructions, simply replied to her email in the usual manner. She replied very promptly and helpfully. I may be old but I think I am reasonably computer literate and I think you could make your website slight more user friendly.
