About Susie Graham
Steve and Susie moved from Northern Virginia to raise four boys in a rural setting. They have lived and loved this home-totally remodeled to accommodate their large family and many pets. Now as empty nesters, new endeavors free up the family compound to allow others to experience the incredible seasons and opportunities of the Eastern Shore Life.
Susie Graham purchased this House in 2000
Why Susie Graham chose Talbot County
FourSail was used as a primary home for 18-years-lived in and loved by a family that enjoyed all aspects of Bay living. The home is large and open-designed for family gatherings around the kitchen, living room, porch & pool area. It is outfitted with small boats, fishing gear, fire pit, and much more that make this property a perfect family retreat. 5-minutes by car from St. Michael's-a bike & ferry ride to Oxford, or just stay put & enjoy FourSail.

Great views, clean lovely house
We really enjoyed our long weekend at this beautiful home. Great water views. Pet friendly. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Top of the line kitchen appliances. Really nice decor. Superb wifi. Lots of room for relaxing, including a terrific screened-in porch. Best of all: Susie is a very gracious host!
A & P,
You are welcome back anytime. It was great to meet you and I'm so glad you were able to have a peaceful and relaxing time on the Eastern Shore. That's just one aspect that makes this a very desirable place to visit. Come again!
Gorgeous property and a fabulous home. Simply perfect.
A group of ten of us stayed at the waterfront home and cottage in Royal Oak. The property is breathtaking, two and a half manicured acres with a heated pool, as well as a water view with a dock. The gourmet country kitchen is superbly appointed with top of the line appliances and everything you could imagine. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. High speed WiFi Internet covers the entire property, and amenities include a large outdoor gas grill. Other highlights include multi-zone air conditioning, a wood burning stove, and a wood fireplace. We loved the large screened-in porch. The home felt spacious, even with ten adults staying there. The homeowners are great - warm, welcoming, very responsive and enormously helpful. We have been using VRBO/HomeAway and equivalents for over a decade, across America and around the world. This is by far the best property and the best value!
What a great spot. Celebrated my mother’s birthday. Kids enjoyed the pool, fishing crabs! Kitchen was very fun to cook in. Susie was very helpful and accommodating. Will be back again!
Gathered with two families and children (7 people in total) to celebrate.
The house and the property exceeded all expectations. Everything it was advertised and more! Plus Susie is lovely and extremely helpful.
We would definitely come here again and highly recommend.
Great for WaterFowl Festival
Susie is a warm host and this family-loving property is great; especially for groups that love to cook (and eat) together. There was everything from a commercial grade oven to a sub-zero frig and separate pantry/freezer - Even a stand alone ice maker, prep station .... Cozy see-through fireplace (2-way) and fun game nights made for a relaxing getaway.
Beautiful, warm home on an excellent property
Have stayed in a few "rental" homes in the past and this one really exceeded our expectations. The owner was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Family of ten stayed for the weekend and all were very comfortable. Giant cook's kitchen was great for making breakfast for everyone.
