Guests are not allowed to book a stay in their city of residence. Check-in is from 4pm-11pm
Guests must create a Sonder account and verify their ID online after booking. Once complete, check-in instructions will be sent 3 days before stay
Sonder reserves the right to charge the guest post-stay for any damages to the property. Security deposit will not be taken upfront
100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date. 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.

We had a great stay at this property! The property management company (Sonder) was outstanding to interact with! We were able to check in seamlessly early in the morning. The apartment was very clean, and well stocked with kitchen equipment etc. Air conditioning and new washer and dryer. Perfect location central to so many sites.
What really made this special was that the property management company was really helpful when we had some travel issues before we arrived in country....the team really went above and beyond in how supportive they were! Would definitely choose to stay with them again for this kind of service alone!
