Thalasses Villas are four brand new luxurious villas located in a peaceful area of Pigianos Kampos, just a few meters away from our organised and well thought out private beach.

There are two different types of villas in the complex. To the front villas "Thoi" and "Persi" which are single-storey, to the rear two-storey villas "Eeanthe" and "Melia". All the villas have been designed to offer privacy with clear views of the sea!

Elegance, functionality and luxury are harmoniously combined under an eco-friendly consciousness. The interior of each will cover all your needs alongside your aesthetic taste, from the coco-mat mattresses, on which youll have the perfect sleep, to the private swimming pools. Thalasses Villas are particularly sophisticated and supplied with details for satisfying your most demanding requests.

Each villa has private sun beds on the crystal clear waters edge!

Villa Persi

Villa Persi is one of the two front villas with a direct view to the sea. It is a single-story building with 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people in beds, up to 5 people if it is necessary.

Created and decorated with high standards, respect to the natural environment and only branded materials as every detail matters for us! Kitchen worktop from "Compac", bedroom floors from "Kahrs", white marbles from Greece, water systems from "Grohe", lights from "Augenti" and "Beca", "Schuko" doors & windows, beds from "Cocomat" and furniture designed by Poul Christiansen & Boris Berlin ("Gubi dk") and "Emu" designer Paola Navone are only some of the details which will make your senses to be unforgettably delighted.

Indoor layout

Entering the villa there is an open plan area which consisting of the living room with satellite HDTV and Nintendo Wii, the indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures. Open the doors to the veranda which connects the indoor living area with the pool and the garden. Then as you pass through the hall way, there are two bedrooms, one with a king size double bed and the other with 2 single beds which can be transformed to a double one if its needed. At the end of the hall way, there is an enormous bathroom consisting of Jacuzzi bath and shower cabin with full of "Apivita" and "Cocomat" bath amenities.

Outdoor area

Outdoors the villa has its own fenced private area covered with grass and flowers, a heated swimming pool with hydro massage jet and sun beds. The pool also contains a pool alarm system for child safety. Next to the pool there is also a hot tube for 3 people! In addition there is an outdoor sitting area and a charcoal barbecue.

(Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice.)

An amazing holiday,a destination not to be missed

Upon arrival we were instantly make to feel at home, we were welcomed by Kostas and his passionate team, all of whom pull together to make it a wonderful place to stay. The accommodation is well thought out and we could find everything we needed and more. The beds were really comfortable and it did feel like a home from home. We stayed in Villa Persi in May with our 2 year old and she absolutely loved every second. The play facilities are great, as is the private beach and heated pool. Every day we were treated to Greek speciality foods by Kostas and team which was a really welcome surprise and a great way to try the local delicacies. They even arranged food for us in the evenings from two great local tavernas. The villa is really well situated, a car is recommended but not a necessity, and is so much more impressive than th local hotels given the space and the facilities you gain in my opinion. We loved Crete and look forward to returning.

Perfect Home away from Home

We really loved to stay in this villa. The location is ideal to explore the island (only one 1 hour drive from Chania or Heraklion and right next to Rethymno. You can also reach the beautiful beaches in the south in a short drive). But you don’t have to drive every day. The private pebble beach at the villa is really nice and clean! Some part of the beach is protected by a stone barrier, so you have a ideal and Save „Pool“ for your toddler to play. Only a few steps away you can go to a nice taverna (with fresh caught fish) at the sea wo are also very child friendly! The food was really good! They also have a nice beach (lots of locals go there in the evening). The villa itself has everything one needs. Nice comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, wonderful big bathroom. We got an extra baby cot and a baby chair. The pool is wonderful to relax. One just has to be careful with small children as they can easily fall inside. (The pool alarm was broken and a replacement could not be found in the time we were there. ) the service provided was outherwise impeccable! When we arrived we were greeted warmly by Anastasia and she explained everything well. We received a fresh pressed orange juice as a welcome drink! And in the villa we received wine and a fruit basket. We always got good recommendations /advice from Anastasia for tavernas and places/beaches to go! She really was beyond friendly and cared much for our child! When we noticed something broken in the villa it was fixed the same day! The gardener provided us with fresh vegetables from the garden in front of the villa! The villa was cleaned every 3-4 days and we received new towels/linen! There is a bunch of supermarkets and bakery’s nearby! We really enjoyed having dinner in the old town of Rethymno. (Only a Short drive) . This villa is ideal suited for a holiday in Crete. If you want to explore the island or just relax at the villa it is perfect either way. We made a mixture. One day exploring and one day relaxing at the villa or at the beautiful sand beaches around Rethymno. The villa Persi is also very private. The most private of all the 4 villas! We will definitely come again!

Nice house in quiet area, very comfortable, with small pool, beach access poor with lots of stones

House very comfortable, small pool, very friendly and very professional staff. Maintenance and cleaning excellent. Nice idea with vegetable garden for city kids. We used it more than once. BBQ poor ( Gasgrill Villa Persi missing, instead simple charcoal tub, suboptimal). Unfortunately no roof terrace access permitted. Access to the water at pebble beach disappointing, different from advertising pics which makes use of private sunbeds and umbrellas less charming. Many large stones in the water. Sandy beaches in the neighborhood. Therefore, overall nice but a bit overpriced.
