Schön angelegtes Objekt mit aufgrund des Alters baulichen und technischen Schwächen.

Mit viel Liebe zum Detail erbautes Objekt, bei dem leider die notwendigen Renovierungsarbeiten nicht durchgeführt wurden. Bis auf undichte Türen und Fenster, die ein einbruchsicheres Verschließen des Objektes verhinderten und zu Ameisen als Mitbewohnern im Essbereich führten und einem Ausfall der Warmwasserversorgung, der bis zu unserer Abreise nicht beseitigt werden konnte, hat das Objekt unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, der Garten ist groß und nett angelegt und auch der Swimmingpool lässt keine Wünsche offen. Leider waren die Fliesen etwas rutschig. Auch den Außenessbereich mit Grill fanden wir sehr schön, auch hier könnte eine Renovierung der Überdachung mit wenig Aufwand den Gesamteindruck optimieren. Die Anfahrt ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber danach okay. Die Altstadt mit netten Restaurants erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten.

Magnifica casa. Vacaciones geniales

La casa es fiel al anuncio. Muy confortable. Zona tranquila y sin ruidos. Aire acondicionado en habitaciones y mosquiteras en ventanas. Barbacoa. Piscina muy grande. Un plus el billar y el pinpong. El cubierto en jardin genial para estar todo el día (el techo se podría renovar un poco, pero está bien). Hubo alguna cosa menor los primeros días, pero se solucionaron rápido y bien. Muy atentos. Recomendable 100% Eso sí, hace falta coche por la ubicación, pero en estas villas ya se sabe, no es problema con coche, todo cerca. Valoración global: magnífica

Location en famille

Nous avons séjourné en famille avec 2 adultes et 3 ados de 13 à 17 ans. L’extérieur est parfaitement entretenu et suffisamment grand. La grande piscine, le billard et les aménagements extérieurs ont répondu à nos attentes. La villa est très bien située à proximité du vieux Jávea et tous les commerces sont accessibles rapidement. Juan s’est montré disponible pour répondre à nos demandes. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa
