A new house with three levels.
House with two en-suite bedrooms available, both with super king size beds.
The modern Kitchen it´s equipped with oven, hob dishwasher kettle toaster microwave and washing machine and a courtyard with barbecue, shower, table and chairs and many strubs and small trees.
The living room have a big corner couch and a log burning stove.
Public parking spaces in front of the house and a free car park at 100 meters.
A terrace on the last floor with great views over the city.
We have rented this house twice now which is testament to how much we enjoy both the house and the location. The house is spacious, well appointed, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The 2 areas of outside space with courtyard at the back and rooftop terrace at the front of the house are fabulous. While there is no doubt that driving and parking within the old town is not for the faint hearted, the location of the house, right around the corner from the main square is perfect, just a very short walk to anywhere in the town. I have no doubt I will be back for a 3rd time very soon!

Arrived at the property and first impression was excellent. Good design and decor. Patio was brilliant for really hot days. A great 'bolt hole' from England.
Position of the house in Lagos was very good being close to main square and plenty of bars and places to eat.

The house is perfect to explore lagos and the region. Old town just around the corner with many shops and restaurants. The house is well equipped and clean. We enjoyed very much the garden and roof terrace. Thanks to the housekeeper Dora we found our way to the house. To park the car is a little bit tricky because the street is very narrow. But we managed every day to park the car there. To start the TV was complicated; the WLAN did not work very well. Some informations about recommended restaurants or nice trips would have been helpful.
We have stayed in this house three times now and it just feels like coming home, there's everything you could possibly need for your stay here in lovely surroundings especially the courtyard lit up at night and the roof terrace in the late afternoon.
The location is brilliant just around the corner are all the restaurants and shops and it's only a short drive from some of the most beautiful beaches on the Algarve.

We stayed in May for two weeks and loved the house.
The house is perfect for two couples or for a family where the kids can share a room.
It really is only two minutes from the main square, but the only noise you hear is the odd car, church bells and the local bird population. It is a very large house with all the amenities you could possibly need to eat in or just crash out and relax.
We meet the agent at the house and she also popped in the night before we left, to check if everything was ok. All communications with the owner were answered quickly and we had no problems at all.
Lagos itself is nearly perfect, you have great beaches, a lovely old town and a massive choice of restaurants and bars. We were able to get around with public transport so a car is not needed, the train journey from Faro is only €7.
Overall a great holiday in a lovely house!
