Why they chose this property
I highly recommend this property since I grew up and lived with my family there. As a child we would gather with all the other children from the neighborhood and play in the historical alleys of the old town. The property has belonged to the Polyzos family ever since 1924. I have renovated the property in to 3 Luxury Houses - Villas with great love and respect to the property's history. Visitors will enjoy all modern facilities but will still feel and see the history of the building.
What makes this property unique
This historical building exists from the 1700. Our family bought the property from the Ottoman Ali Karpouzakis the year 1924. Ever since we have cared for our property with love and respect to its history. The building has been declared as a historical heritage of Rethymno town.
