I've been born and have grown up in Valencia and I love my city. I find fascinating, that other people have the possibility to visit my city, and the best way to help them, is to offer them to be a guest in one of the beautiful apartments I offer.

A lovely week
We stayed here for a week. This was an excellent rental. There was good communication before arrival, and we were met promptly at the apartment and given a tour. It’s a lovely, modern, clean beachfront apartment done in a color palate of white and gray. There are huge sliders to access both front and back terraces, as well as a mix of loungers, table, and chairs between both terraces. There are both inside sun shades and outside electric shutters on all the sliders. No outside noise issues despite being right on the beach and having a dance club of some sort around the bend. Because the first night was cool, we left the windows open, but by 2 a.m. we found ourselves attacked by a dozen mosquitos. From then on we kept the windows closed at night and used the A/C, which worked great. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots and pans, but there are no staple pantry items. Dishwasher was great. Clothes washer was great (almost nobody in Spain has a dryer).
The beach is amazing: crazy superfine sand, cleaned every morning by a large crew, no other mosquito issues. There are no loungers/umbrellas to rent on the beach in mid-May (pre-peak season). There are restaurants all along the beach, some good and some not so good. Away from the beach, there is lots to see, too. We had an amazing private tour of the old town using one of Rick Steves’ recommended tour guides. Book him in advance!
Over all, it was more than we usually spend for a rental but a good value. You get extra creature comforts like dedicated in ceiling lighting above the sinks for shaving and a seemingly unlimited supply of hot water, which we have found to be very unusual in Spain.
Excellent location - large terasses with a view
The apartment is very well located just in front of the beach. The nearby town offers a lot of local flavours (and close to no tourist when we where there). Nice cafes, bodegas etc.
We where 4 people incl 2 boys (12y and 14y).
* terasses (large and both Have view and you dont feel the wind)
* layout of apartment is good and with lots of closet space
* kitchen is well equiped
* host was friendly and responsive
* internet worked well
Room for improvement ( would move raring to 5 stars)
* there is only terasse chairs on 1 terasse so things needed to be moved (half day sun on each side)
* clearly a rental apartment. Lacks the feel of a real home - can easyli be changed by a few non ikea items like pictures on the wall, books in the selfs, a few plants etc.
Overall a place we would book again
Stayed in the Apartment from May 31 - June 3. We are a family of 4 mom, dad, daughter(24), and son (21). Can't say enough about Beatriz. She was great in answering all our question. Irina was waiting for us at the apartment and was great at explaining everything. Could not ask for a better location. The beach is beautiful. I had forgotten some items in the apartment and they found them and have shipped them back to me. We will be going back. You won't be disappointed if you rent this apartment.
Lovely beachfront apartment by Valencia port
My wife and I loved our holiday and the apartment, which is very very convenient for the beach and the sea (my wife enjoyed a swim in the Med every morning), and for the parade of bars and restaurants along the promenade. We ate and drank in several of these restaurants.
The 3rd floor apartment was comfortable clean and tidy with 2 balconies to catch the sun, which we had almost every day. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need. Be aware that you are right in the middle of the seafront action so there will be some noise etc from the restaurants, and from the nightclub across in the port.
There are 2 supermarkets about 10 minutes walk away and a larger one at the end of one short tram line which makes it easy to carry back any heavy shopping on the tram almost to the apartment door.
Finding the apartment by car is fairly easy and we were met at the door by the helpful rep Irina. We had booked the separate (payable) underground parking in the port – this is a 5 minute walk away but very easy and convenient and you don’t then have to battle the street traffic and the parking touts!
While staying here we visited Valencia city centre, the City of Arts and Sciences, the Biopark, and the castles at Sagunto and Xativa. (Recommendation: if you are a history/castles person then these castles are not to be missed).
Getting around Valencia by tram tube and bus is very easy, we particularly liked the trams. A short tram journey on line 8 from stop Marina takes you to the tube interchange at Maritim-Serreria and then on to the city centre by tube; and the alternative longer journey on line 4 from stop Dr Lluch goes around to a city centre stop at Pont de Fusta just across the old riverbed from cathedral square.
To sum up, we had a marvellous holiday and the owner was very helpful.
Perfect location for a beach holiday
The apartment with large terrace overlooking the sea and marina was the perfect location to unwind and enjoy Valencia. It was immaculately clean, and well maintained. The manager was very friendly and met our needs exceptionally well. My grandchildren enjoyed the proximity to the beach. As adults we enjoyed the wealth of restaurants, cocktail bars and tapas bars, all within walking distance along the beach front and marina. I would certainly recommend this apartment to friends, family and business colleagues. In fact, I already have done so!
I'm happy to hear that you enjoy it. I hope to see you again!
Overall, very good indeed.
Superb sea-front outlook from the front terrace (there is also a rear terrace), and ideally situated for good local restaurants and other amenities though the nearest supermarket is a 15 minute walk and not easy to find (see below). The apartment itself is effectively the penthouse with its own private key operated entrance direct from the lift, and was clean, well-equipped with good quality fitments and locks (there is no safe) all in perfect working order, and well maintained.
We chose this apartment for a week because it gave us the best of both worlds - an excellent sea-front location but with convenient access to the places of interest in both the old and new parts of the town. The latter was easy, but only once you knew how to do it. For us this was the only shortcoming. There is an 'information book' but it could have been much more informative on practical advice for new visitors to Valencia. For example, we did not use the TV and it was only towards the end of our stay that we found in a cupboard underneath it maps etc which would have helped us on arrival had we known they were there. We therefore started out by following the tramlines to the nearest metro station where it links seamlessly with the 'tube' into town and where it was also possible to buy the good value tourist transport tickets. In the event, because of this seamless link between tube and tram, we found it easiest to buy our supplies from a supermarket next to a metro station (e g in the basement of El Corte Ingles at Colon) and bring them back by public transport rather than walk them back from the local supermarket.
However, this did not affect what was a very enjoyable week's stay in a town of great variety and which has something of interest to offer to everybody.
The family building, which has 5 apartments, is located on the first line of the historic Las Arenas beach, next to the sports port and Copa América precinct, now called Marina Real Juan Carlos I.
This beach, together with La Malvarrosa and El Cabañal, make up the 3 urban beaches of Valencia, and are chaired by blue flags and have been awarded with recognitions such as the Q for Tourist Quality.
The location of the apartment is perfect to enjoy both the sea and the tourist attractions offered by the city.
Dozing in the sun on the sand, diving in the refreshing waters of the Mediterranean, playing volleyball, pedaling on a scooter on the high seas, doing gymnastics in healthy parks, enjoying an ice cream or taking a sailing course are just some of the activities that give us the urban beaches of Valencia. To these, leisure options are added such as having a drink at nightfall in one of the trendy bars, dancing until dawn in the most select nightclubs, taste the best cuisine and contemplate the sea through the viewpoints of the restaurants, tapas and a rod in one of the chiringuitos, enjoy a catamaran or boat trip or serenarse with a spa session in one of the hotels located on its banks.
The beach of Las Arenas is of fine sand, and the water has a good temperature for the bath from May to October.
The 4 km long promenade allows you to take long walks, either walking or cycling (www.valenbisi.com). If you prefer to practice skating, the harbor area with the Formula 1 circuit is ideal for it. On the seafront you will find a great diversity of restaurants and entertainment venues.
The Royal Navy Juan Carlos I is a reference point of the city, not only for the events that take place in it, but also for its unique buildings. In it there are the Tinglados of S. XIX, the building of the Clock and the Veles e Vents building, emblem of the new Marina. It should be noted its shops, terraces and restaurants, which have wonderful views. Also the children's playground, the Pantalán Central with the mega yachts and the Marinas Norte and Sur, with their numerous boats.
The center of the city can be reached in just 15-20 minutes, either by tram / metro or by urban bus. There you can discover the history of the city through its monuments, such as La Catedral, La Lonja de la Seda, Mercado Central, Estación del Norte, the bullring, or emblematic places, such as La Plaza de la Virgen, La Plaza de la Reina, Plaza del Ayuntamiento, or numerous museums, such as the National Museum of Ceramics, or the modern art IVAM.
You can not miss the most modern area with the City of Arts and Sciences, an example of futuristic architecture signed by the Valencian architect Santiago Calatrava. Its colossal buildings house an IMAX cinema in l 'Hemisfèric, the largest aquarium in Europe in the Oceanogràfic, a didactic and interactive exhibition in the Principe Felipe Science Museum and the most avant-garde opera at the Palau de les Artes Reina Sofía.
Another of the emblems of the City is the Parque del Antiguo Cauce del Río Turia, where we also find the Bioparc, the innovative zoo where barriers are practically invisible and animals roam freely.
15 km south of the city, you will find one of the most ecologically valuable natural reserves in Europe, L'Albufera. It is the largest lake in Spain and one of the most important wetlands of the Iberian Peninsula. A place of great ecological interest in which unique species of waterfowl hibernate.
