This super 50sqm recently renovated one bedrooom apartment is situated in the 4 star Pierre & Vacances Residence Heliotel Marine on the Côte d'Azur in Saint Laurent du Var just 4km from Nice and minutes from Cagnes sur mer and Nice airport. It sleeps 5/6 with one double bedroom, additional open alcove with bunk beds and two single sofa beds in the sitting room. The apartment has a large balcony spanning two sides of the building. The residence is located across from the marina and beach and set back from the Nice costal road on a large private gated grounds. Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, childrens pool, tennis courts, ping pong table, children play area, parking and manned reception. It is facing the beach (mainly pebble beaches in the area but some sandy patches can be found for sand castle making!).
Within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and cafes. Also within walking distance of a large shopping centre, CAP 3000.

This spacious property is in great location only 2-3 minutes walk to the beach. We rented for 9 nights. Pictures are up to date and description of facilities written fair. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful - all was ready for us on arrival as per rental agreement. I was in touch with owners by phone and then only by email as they responded very quick - every question answered.
We traveled by car and secure underground car park was important feature of the property.
I would definitely recommend this property - especially if you plan self catering as we did.
We considered ourselves lucky to have chosen this condo unit to stay as the location was perfect... one mile from the Cap 3000 mall along the beach and another mile from a grocery store with lots of selection. Great for walks in the evening going towards Cagnes sur mer. Bus stops close by to go to Nice or Grasse/Cannes. You don't need to rent a car from this location. Front desk personnel speak English as do the people in the tourist office across the road along the beach. I would come back to this condo, no doubt.
Appartment as described; well located and easy access to shops, seafront, ..; all equipment in good state and functioning well; indoor garage foreseen in building.We stayed with 5 persons which was not a problem; although February weather was fine, already like spring ( 14-18°C ). Good location to visit several places as distances are limited ( Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Sanremo, ... )
Nous venons de passer 3 semaines dans cet appartement après un séjour d'une semaine en 2013 et nous avons retrouvé les mêmes sensations.L'appartement est très fonctionnel et agréable à vivre.
Nous avons bien profité de l'exposition,de l'environnement et de grandes promenades sur le bord de mer.
De plus le service de bus et de train permets de se déplacer sans voiture de Vintimille à Cannes et jusqu"à Grasse et Vence .
Une adresse à ne pas oublier.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'appartement est très bien situé, propre et bien équipé. Le propriétaire est très coopérant et d'une gentillesse absolue. Pour un séjour dans cette région je vous le recommande vivement. Nous reviendrons !!
L'appartement est tres agreable, tres propre et parfaitement equipe pour 4 adultes. Les plages et le port de St Laurent avec ses bars et restaurants sont a a peine 5min de marche. Le service nettoyage et la location de linge de maison fournit par la residence sont un atout tres pratique. Nous reviendrons pour d'autres vacances, ca c'est sur!
Super location –
Perfect location to explore the Côte d'Azur with so much to see from Cannes to Monaco not to forget Saint Paul de Vence, a city of artists, Mougins, the 'garden city' and Grasse... If you don’t have a car (parking is included in the weekly rate) the residence is well serviced by public transport with both bus and train links close by.
Additional info –
Just across the road from the main gate is the local tourist office. They have lots of information on the surrounding area and things to do and how to get from A to B etc.. Just to the left of the tourist office is the marina with many restaurants and bars. Directly after the marina to the left is a large promenade with lots of,bars, restaurants, cafes and beach clubs stretching a few hundred metres. When the restaurants end the promenade continues and if you walk to the end you come to a large shopping centre (Cap 3000 centre commercial) that has all the French shops – upper end plus regular shops.
