Well equipped apartment in quiet residential area with excellent transport links. Very good price.
The apartment was a bit difficult to find initially, in the local one-way system, but a quick call to the owner had us there in a couple of minutes. We had no problems parking across the road from the apartment during our stay. The apartment is clean, comfortable, bright and well fitted out with some nice touches such as a teapot and USB outlets on one of the extension leads. It is in a quiet, upmarket, residential area with two restaurants and a supermarket within easy walking distance. The GC4 motorway can be accessed within 5 minutes (airport 20 mins; Maspalomas 40 mins), the north coast and mountains are also easy to access and there is a frequent bus service to Las Palmas. The owner provided a range of useful guidebooks and background information in the apartment.
The small patio area gets the sun during the day but as it is low down there isn't much of a view.
We would certainly consider staying again.
