A spacious chalet in a quiet location near Nendaz.
A key feature of the chalet is the airy open plan living/dining area, this room is the perfect place to relax, in the day it is bright, with windows in four directions, and in the evening is cosy with an open fire.
The living room has access to a large balcony and superb view towards Veysonnaz.
On the ground floor there are three bedrooms - two spacious double rooms and a bunk room with an additional bed. There is a bathroom on this floor with both bath and shower.
On the first floor is a lobby area with space for boot and coat storage and a wc.
Further beds (two singles) are on the mezzanine area above the living room, please note that this area is not suitable for children under 7.
The chalet is located in the quiet area of Saclentse (cafe restaurant 5 minute walk), approx 5 minute drive to Gondola in Haute Nendaz, and also a short drive to the lift system at Siviez with free parking. At the centre of 4 Valleys ski area (400km pistes and over 100 lifts) excellent holiday destination for both summer (mountain biking, walking, mountaineering, tennis, paragliding) or winter (skiing, walking, paragliding, skating) . The chalet has private parking spaces by the chalet, and on the road (which is always kept clear of snow); there is also a garage.

We love this chalet as we think it gives the best of both worlds, having great access to ski areas at Siviez and Nendaz but is in a lovely, quiet area. We adore the views and the sense of tranquility! In the summer, we live on the balcony and in the winter it is great to come back and light a fire.
There is one word for chalet liane and that is WOW!!
I took my family and in-laws (party of nine) from Bristol UK for xmas as soon as we seen the place i loved it easy to find better than any description or photos of the chalet and the veiws there was nothing better then coming back from the slops to a clean well maintained cabin with a log fire for a hot chocolate as you looked out over nendaz as the sun set behind it.the kids loved playing in the snow as well as grandad! and just a short drive to town were the pubs shops supermarkets provide all you need and even open xmas day.
highly recommend we have to go again!!
We had a fantastic stay at the chalet during the holiday of carnaval. At the arrival we faded the narrow steep entrance road. but after a while you get used to it. the chalet has all you need like kitchen cutlery, spices, washingmachine, very nice open fire, Ipod dockingstation, TV / DVD. the chalet was also very clean and has typical wooden furniture. The mezannine is an extra room to sleep but is only for adults because it's part of the living room and steep stairs. the only minor thing is that the chalet has never sunshine. the location is in Saclentse which means you always need to take the car, but the first bakery is at 5 min and the slopes of Siviez is about 15 min.
in total we had a great stay and we really recommend it.
We spent a wonderful Christmas at Chalet Liane, arrived to loads of snow yet the roads and driveway were beautifully clear, which was great as there are lots of steep climbs to get there. It was snowing on arrival but the next morning we awoke to beautiful blue skies and were met with an amazing view across the valley.
The Chalet has everything you need, very comfortable beds, hot shower, very well equipped kitchen including a much appreciated dishwasher!
The village is lovely with a very good selection of shops. we skied at Siviez which was great for the kids, but get there early in busy times if you want to park close - though it was busy in the car park we never had to queue for a lift. The kids loved the excellent sledges that we found in the garage.
Would highly recommend this property for a family holiday, we travelled with a 2 & 6 yr old and the little one just loved the fact that there was snow still there every day!
We had a fantastic stay at Chalet Liane earlier this year. We went as a party of seven - two couples, three children - and found that the chalet felt cosy whilst still being spacious enough for us all. It was great to arrive back from an afternoon of skiing in Verbier to a crackling log fire and beautiful views. The chalet is very comfortably furnished with a good amount of wardrobe space, particularly in the double bedrooms which we appreciated! We had our pick of supermarkets and restaurants (including a lovely pizza restaurant with outdoor play area) just a short drive away which was very handy, and we found the local people friendly and helpful when approached for directions or advice. I would be hard pressed to think of anything negative about our stay as we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Overall I would say it is a charming chalet in a suberb location.
The setting of this chalet is indescribable. We drove up from Sion on winding switchbacks on a steep alpine slope. When we arrived at Chalet Liane, we found magnificent view of the valley below and peaks all around. The Chalet is about a 5 minute drive from the town of Nendaz filled with shops and restaurants and the base of the ski lifts. It is also less than 20 minutes from Siviez and Verbier. We had wonderful snow and a great variety of slopes and conditions. Despite being so close to everything, the Chalet is on a smaller side street and feels quite remote. The Chalet itself is quite roomy for a party of 7, both in terms of sleeping arrangements and seating. While rustically furnished, the beds and furniture were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. Since I was not skiing, due to a foot injury, I spent much of my day in the Chalet and found it cheerful and sunny, sporting magnificent views.
In sum... We didn't want to leave!!! It was wonderful.
A spacious and well maintained chalet in a stunning location. Lots of activities within easy reach. Six in our party who all had an excellent stay during August. Would definitively recommend this for either a summer (or winter) break. – Thank you
Haute-Nendaz is at the centre of the 4 Vallees ski area. The vibrant village has a good choice of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. In winter there is an ice rink and in summer an outdoor swimming pool. Golf is available in Sion, a natural spa location 30 minutes by car. In summer, there are marked trails for walkers, mountain bikers with lifts to take the strain going up hill! The resort is child friendly with lots of activities for the youngsters. Nendaz is easily accessible from the European motorway network (1hr 45 minutes from Geneva) or there is a train station and small airport at Sion (16km). Lake Geneva is only 45mins and Milan 2.5 hours.
