Hi Michelle!

We are back in Germany. Thanks, we were allowed to live in their fantastic home. We have felt ourselves very well. The weather was great and the city is a dream. Ron was a great help and has looked after us. Later we would like to live again in your home. Best regards and have a good time.

Fantastic cycling holiday!

  • 5 of 5

Brilliant base for a cycling holiday

Our fourth year staying here at this beautiful house and we will definitely be back next year. This is such a comfortable and spacious house with amazing views down to Cala St Vincente, Puerto Pollenca and Alcudia. The house is brilliantly located as it is a very peaceful street and being higher up in the town you benefit from a lovely mountain breeze. The views from the pool/terrace/balcony are simply fantastic.

It is only a short walk down to some fabulous shops and restaurants and there are a few excellent little shops very nearby with everything you need. We stay with another couple and hire bicycles which is very simple and the town and surrounding area is very well geared up for this type of holiday. We never hire a car, finding that everything we need is to hand. The pool is just perfect after a long day of cycling. Very highly recommended.”

Town house Pollenca

  • 4 of 5

Lovely town house with much appreciated plunge pool for cooling down. Few minutes walk from great restaurants and the town square. Visited the Sunday market which had a lovely atmosphere. Great welcome and support from Colin, Wendy and Ron.

What a wonderful villa in a delightful street in the heart of Pollensa.

  • 5 of 5

We were met by Ron who directed us to the villa and help with our luggage and advised us on parking, it was a wonderful start to our holiday.

The villa was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean and we had the luxury of all the basics needed for a self catering holiday as well as a 'welcome pack' which meant we didn't need to shop for food as soon as we arrived - thanks Ron and Sheila.

This is our ideal holiday, Sunday morning market, coffees in the square and a wonderful choice of restaurants. Our favourites are La Font de Galle and Apples and Pears although we didn't have a bad meal all week and we ate at different restaurants every evening.

The villa is a perfect base for those who want to explore all that Majorca has to offer although we were quite happy spending our time in Pollensa only using the car once as we thought we ought to dip our toes in the sea.

We shall definitely recommend the villa to friends and family but not until we have secured our dates for 2016.

Fabulous holiday

  • 5 of 5

The villa was fabulous and the 5 adults and 2 children in our party had a great time. The pool was so good that our 5 year old granddaughter was swimming under water by the second day. We had no car but had a private minibus through Hoppa which was great. I would recommend this villa to everyone who wants a relaxing, comfortable place to stay. The lovely old town of Pollenca is just around the corner from the villa, crammed with lovely shops and restaurants. We must not forget Ron who showed us great kindness during our stay, and he is also a lovely man! Way beyond the call of duty he picked our cases up from the Hoppa minibus and helped with rubbish disposal as we had no car. All in all a super villa and a great holiday. Thank you Michelle!

Just returned on the 15th June having stayed in this beautiful town house in Pollenca for one week. Six adults all easily accommodated with plenty of space. The house is right in the old town, near to all the shops, cafes and bars…..what more could you want. Puerto Pollenca is only a short taxi ride if you feel the need to hit the beach however the small pool at the house is excellent for a quick cool down if you need it. The facilities are excellent, the house is very clean with a really inviting feel and a kitchen filled will all the culinary, eating and drinking utensils you would need. We feel honour bound to give a good review but I just hope that we can book again in the future before everyone else does. The Sunday market in Pollensa is a must for food, gifts, trinkets, earrings, scarves etc. There are also plenty of decent sized supermarkets for food and provisions open on almost all other days. Oh and we mustn’t forget the internet in the house………a real bonus, although there is a free one in the town square if necessary. Also we must mention Ron who manages the property on a weekly basis, he is a really excellent person to have close by if you have any questions, need any help or just a good chat to find out where the best places to eat and drink are located.

MAGIC !!!!!!!

  • 5 of 5

What a fantastic time we all had !!!! A beautiful Villa with wonderful views!! Just minutes away from the Old Town of Pollenca with good restaurants and cafes . We had everything we needed at the Villa , so spacious and clean and very relaxful to say the least......we were not disadvantaged by not having a car as everything was on our door step and a short taxi ride to Puerto Pollenca between the four of us at 2.50 euro each !! Markets were fabulous as were the beautiful shops too !!!! What can we say except that we had a wonderful time in this Charming and Magical town !!! The only downside was that we had to LEAVE !!!!! Coming back next year and we cannot wait ..........Thankyou !!!!!

The house is a 45 minute drive from Palma airport. A few minutes walk into Pollenca's beautiful main square and a 5 minute drive to the gorgeous beaches of either Cala San Vicente or Puerto Pollenca;

Puerto Pollenca:

originally a fishing village, the enchanting resort of Puerto Pollensa has everything, wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches, fantastic cuisine and a laid-back friendly atmosphere. The sheltered horseshoe shaped bay is set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. The resort of Puerto Pollensa is arguably Mallorcas finest. Despite its success, Puerto Pollensa has managed to retain its charm and a somewhat understated character as well as its rather exclusive feel.

Special interest holidays:

If you or any kids or adults in your group wish to be active, there are numerous activities available to you around this area including Trekking/Hiking, Climbing, Rock Scrambling, Swimming, Scuba diving, Snorkelling, Abseiling, Paragliding, Helicopter Tours, Mountain Biking, Kayaking/Canoeing, Caving and Horse Riding. These are all possible in the north of Mallorca, in or around the areas of Alcudia, Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.

The North of Mallorca is spoilt for choice when it comes to golfing, the two places are the Pollensa and Alcanada Golf Courses. Golf Pollensa is a nine hole course that is perfectly integrated into the beautiful local environment. The course offers panoramic views over the Tramuntana mountains, olive groves, the bays of Pollensa and Alcudia and s’Albufereta reserve. Golf Alcanada is the only 18 hole course that is right by the sea. It has 58 well placed green side fairway bunkers, challenging greens with hidden breaks and difficult but fair tee shots, making this golf course a must for all experienced golfers travelling to Mallorca.

Further details:

Steeped in history, the charming old town of Pollenca, approx. 3 miles inland from the coast, is arguably the most attractive town on the island. The regions cuisine is also regarded as one of the finest in Mallorca. Pollenca boasts an excellent array of superb restaurants, cafe`s, bars and shops, which can be found in and around the main square, The Placa Major, a truly magnificent place to sit and watch the world go by. The market in Pollenca, which takes place every Sunday, dominates the main square, spilling out in to all the side street`s is an absolute must.

15 minutes drive to Alcudia
