The attractive kitchen includes all modcons from kettle & toaster through to electric oven & ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer – no washing-up rotas or laundry woes here, you’re on holiday after all! In a nod to tradition, the gorgeous farmhouse table can seat up to 8 making this the ideal venue for sociable mealtimes when all 3 properties are booked together as well as a superb space for 4.
The living room area includes 2 large and comfy sofas around a large flatscreen digital TV with USB and HDMI connectivity as well as blu-ray dvd player and i-pod dock. A glazed door not only allows the light to flood this space but also provides access to a south-west facing balcony thoughtfully equipped with table & chairs making this an excellent spot to enjoy morning coffee whilst taking in the rural landscape.
To the rear of the apartment, the double bedroom in sophisticated cream & blue comprises a king sized bed with wardrobe and drawers providing oodles of storage. The twin bedded room in restful muted tones also includes a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Tucked away in each wardrobe, waffle cotton robes scream pure indulgence.
The bathroom includes an over the tub shower, heated towel rail, WC and washbasin.
The Hayloft has its own balcony with table for two, the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee with the papers overlooking the wider grounds. Guests also have access to a large mown area with fruit trees, a fire pit, table and chairs and a bbq ideal for summer picnics or evenings by the fire. This area is for the enjoyment of all 3 properties at Saintbury grounds.
