The chalet Chaleur is conveniently situated at the ski Clos du Pré and was completely rebuilt in the autumn of 2015 and renewed and newly equipped with unlimited fast WIFI!

The chalet has an area of ​​over 105m2 and can accommodate 10 people. Also, the chalet features two luxurious bathrooms, one with bath and shower plus sink and one with shower and sink, two separate toilets one with washbasin. The open kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences (hood, dishwasher, washing machine, extra large refrigerator, microwave, oven and 5 burner stove) and very large inventory. There is a spacious, cozy living room with fireplace, satellite or cable t. v. and stereo incl. CD player. The heated ski storage (also for the ski boots) can be found in the entrance.

The chalet has three cozy bedrooms with two single beds and one bedroom with four single beds; three rooms with views over the valley and a large bedroom for 4 persons snug under the hood with a view of the slopes and valley. Synthetic duvets and pillows are provided.

The whole chalet is equipped with tile flooring and underfloor heating. Everything is perfectly insulated and the two 300-gallon water heaters ensure always a nice warm bath or shower; Also for the 10th person!

Many rural issues are emphasized: the wooden beams supporting the roof are deliberately left in plain sight. The finish of the ground floor is kept in style with natural stone. The columns supporting the balcony, recall the way in which farmers here built their "grange".

The chalet, with its extra large balconies, is convenient to the sun and the slopes and has a magnificent view of the Massif de Belledonne and the Eau d'Olle valley.

Modern chalet met prachtig uitzicht

Oz en Oisans station is een echt wintersportdorp boven op de berg. Buiten het wintersportseizoen staan veel hotels en chalets leeg. En is er weinig tot geen bedrijvigheid. Dit vonden wij geen enkel probleem. Wij hebben genoten van de rust en de stilte. Fluitende vogels en tsjilpende krekels horen wij graag. Chalet Chaleur is heel mooi gelegen, met een prachtig uitzicht over de omliggende bergen. De inrichting is modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Rondom het chalet een balkon waar de hele dag zowel schaduw als zonplekken zijn. Echt een mooi en fijn chalet om te verblijven.

De eigenaar is vriendelijk en flexibel. Prima mailcontact gehad en komt zijn afspraken na.

Beautiful chalet, all luxury very close to piste

We stayed during Christmas 2015 in this very recently renovated, refurnished superb chalet. The chalet has all luxury and beautiful rooms, bathrooms and very complete kitchen. We loved to sit together in the living room with open fire place or dining at the wonderful woodentree table. Even with our group of 10 people we had enough space. The balcony is enlarged with tremendous views!

This Chalet Chaleur is just below the road with easy acces for all our lugage and very close to the piste Clos du Pré. The local support is very helpfull and we enjoyed their cateringservice! We will come back for several times for sure.
