Antibes Plage Maison Village is a unique village living experience, located in front of the Med Sea and just a 2 minute walk to the beach in Antibes. It is tucked away in a quiet courtyard, facing the sea and in the heart of the incredibly charming old town of Antibes.

This beautiful village townhouse is laid out on several levels. The first floor has a large kitchen/dining room with windows facing the sea and letting in lots of light. There is a large table to seat up to 12 people and a sofa bed which has 2 real single beds for extra accommodation.

The second floor has a very large bedroom with 2 single beds (or double bed) and 2 other single beds. It has large French windows and a large bathroom with shower, WC, sink.

The third floor has a very comfortable living area with a small balcony with table and chairs and fantastic views over the Med Sea. There is a second bathroom with shower, WC, sink.

The fourth floor has a double bedroom which is completely enclosed but overlooks the living area below and enjoys its views outside. There is a double bed and single bed.

The roof-top terrace is an absolute gem. It is equipped with table and chairs, loungers, and a gas barbecue. The views from here are stunning, overlooking the Med Sea, Alps, coastline and Antibes village. This is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor meals.

From this terrace, you can access the independent apartment. This apartment has a small kitchen, bedroom area with 2 single beds, an extra 2 single beds (4 in total), a small living area and the third bathroom with shower, sink, WC. The apartment can also be accessed from the street if needed.

Antibes Plage Maison Village has air conditioning if needed. The interior of the villa has high ceilings and has been very nicely decorated with light colours. The entire feel is open and spacious and light, especially for a village townhouse. The interior charm of this property and its amazing location are unique.

This is the perfect opportunity to live in a French coastal village and have everything at your doorstep. Experience the enormous choice Antibes has to offer in great restaurants, cafes, shops, beaches, walks, all without having to take car for transportation. A 2 minute walk from this village townhouse is a sand beach protected by a small cove. The water is clear and perfect for swimming for children and adults. There are several other fantastic beaches along the coast of Antibes, such as Plage Salis, where you can rent kayaks, paddle boards, sail boats... and Plage Garoupe on Cap d'Antibes. These beaches have both public and private beaches to choose from.

To visit other areas along the coast or towns and villages inland, there is a convenient train and bus station in Antibes. For those bringing a car, this charming village townhouse also comes with a reserved parking spot for convenience. This is sure to be a great village/beach holiday in Antibes.

Excellent property in ideal location

This place earns a long list of superlatives: Great location, glorious views from rooftop terrace, really nice first floor kitchen & dining room, top-floor apartment is private and well-appointed, more than adequate beds and flexibility to handle groups of various configurations, more than well-equipped, friendly and responsive owners. It is exactly as presented in the pictures and descriptions on the website. I warned our guests in advance that this townhouse is "very vertical" and, yes, it is -- one needs to be comfortable with stairs to enjoy the upper reaches. We were not intimidated, and most of us are not young -- my fitness app registered 178 flights of stairs climbed in 7 days.

This property is ideally located in the centre of Antibes, in a quiet courtyard but at the doorstep of great restaurants, cafes, shops... and just a 2 minute walk to the sandy beach. Antibes also has great local transport with bus & train station to access the rest of the coast such as Nice and Cannes and inland villages such as Valbonne and Grasse. Antibes is a great coastal town with a large marina and port, daily outdoor markets, great choice in restaurants and cafes, lovely old town with historic landmarks such as Fort Vauban, walled fortress/town, and many museums such as the well known Picasso museums. The larger beach of Plage Salis, which is approximately a 20 minute walk from the property, has 2 great sailing schools where you can rent water sports equipment. There are public and private sand beaches all along the coast.
