Beautiful Villa for 8 people, 4 double bedrooms, 3 bath and/or shower rooms, Private pool. Secure car parking, Safe, wireless broadband, . Roman steps to large 10 x 5m private and secluded pool, Large bar area, Quality beach towels provided, Reading, Dvd, Video and Cassette library (with children’s selection). Large BBQ, eight sun beds, all linen and villa & beach towels provided, Bars, Restaurants and Supermarkets are within a short walk. (air-conditioning/heating-subject to conditions), Washing machine, Dish washer, Microwave, Hair Dryer etc, etc. 2 x Cots and High chairs are available (no extra cost). THE VILLA LOCATION IS GREAT FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO EAT WITHOUT THE WORRY ABOUT DRINK DRIVING. Close to beach (500m or 5 minute walk). Engish and German TV, broadband and Computor available if required. Transfers arranged direct with the owner.

Other local leisure and additional info.: Moraira enjoys a typical subtropical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in summer and protection by surrounding mountains against the cold North winds in winter. The area averages nearly 3,000 hours of sunshine each year and the average temperature exceeds 20°. On average it can boast 325 sunny days each year making it an ideal all year round destination. If you like open markets, then apart from the weekly Friday market held next to the beach, you could plan a visit to the various markets held at nearby resorts. You can buy fresh fruit, local specialities, leather goods, clothes, rugs, souvenirs, pottery and a whole variety of other goods. Car hire is recommended since there is little public transport, and although Villa Casa Jayasri is only 500 metres from the beach you will need a car for sight-seeing etc. We can book a car to be waiting for you at the airport or arrange taxis or the owners will also pick you up from the airport at a reduced cost.

Local Information: Moraira lies in a bay, on the South Eastern coast of Spain, between the larger resorts of Javea and Calpe, 1 hour from Alicante airport and 1½ hours from Valencia Airport with excellent motorway and coastal roads from

both. The town has pleasantly grown from a small fishing village to an attractive holiday resort retaining it’s considerable charm that attracts visitors from all over Europe. The valley of Moraira has no towering hotels and apartment blocks, due to strict planning controls, and the luscious green countryside is just dotted with whitewashed independent luxury villas mingling with pine woods and cultivated wine terraces and orange groves. This provides an idyllic setting for those wanting total peace and privacy. The area remains exclusively for villa owners and individuals who prefer and enjoy an independent holiday.

Villa Description: The entrance, which overlooks the front garden and BBQ terrace, opens into the living room with Sat/TV with BBC and ITV, Video, (GermanTV available) Hi/Fi. easy chairs and a bar area with fridge and sink unit. The master bedroom with en-suite shower room leads off from the lounge and has it’s own terrace overlooking the pool. Two twinned bedded rooms and a shower room lead off the hallway, which then opens ut, into a large comfortable sitting / dining room. This is joined to a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The sitting room area opens to a pleasant sun-reading room which enjoys views over the front terraces. The garden is attractively tiled and terraced, leading down to a secluded 10 x 5 m swimming pool (depth 0.8 to 2’00) lemon and orange trees. Off the pool lies an outside shower cubicle and on the same level there is a laundry room with washing machine. Ample tables, chairs, parasols and sunbeds etc.

Carole and I both retired at 50 & 51 (2004), we bought Casa Jayasri to live in, but decided to share the location with holiday makers as many of the other villas are too far out. the location is near to Moraira with a lovely walk along the sea front to the center of the town.

Casa Jayasri

A truly beautiful, clean and well-maintained villa with everything that is required to make your holiday perfect. We have just spent two glorious weeks here and have been really impressed with not only the spacious villa but the friendliness of the owners Roger and Carol. The large pool and all the various inflatables were a big hit with everyone as was the barbecue. One major advantage was the provision of beach towels and hairdryers.

The villa is ideally located near to Moraira and has easy access to a pebble cove 500 meters away ( the bar there is lovely for a drink but wouldn't recommend the food) and other beaches within walking distance. A Masymas supermarket is across the road and there are a wide variety of restaurants around. Our favourite was Sataris which is a 1 minute walk away.

We hired a car and visited Valencia (definately worth going to), Alicante (lots of graffiti imposing castle), Calpe (lovely beach and Il Fach Rock), Xtavia ( interesting place ) and Guadalest (the best day as the journey over the mountains is stunning and we stopped at a town called Tabena which has a quirky restaurant called El Pinet).

A good time had by all.

Casa Jayasri is Perfection

We are back here for the second time and if anything its even better than the first. This villa is so well situated for the beach, bars, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets, all without getting in a car. Added to which Roger and Carole are the perfect owners. Helpful, considerate and always ready to help. I would recommend Casa Jayasri toi anybody.

Fantastic stay

This year was our latest of several visits to this villa and once again we were very happy with the experience. The villa is a great size, very clean and well equipped so it does not take long to feel at home. A large supermarket across the road means anything you need can be obtained in minutes. Although we had a hire car we rarely used it in the local area because it is an easy walk to town and numerous places to eat and drink. The car is however useful if you want to drive further afield in this lovely area and bit of coastline. For a relaxed evening meal and friendly environment we would recommend the "No Nonsense" bar just a few meters along the coast road although making a decision on where to go was the hardest part of the stay. Overall an excellent relaxing holiday and we plan to return again.

Pretty and traditional villa

Was a very traditional well kept villa in a very quiet part of Moraira, which tbh is everywhere! Very close proximity to Supermarket and a 15 walk to nearest beach/alcove. Best beaches are about 20-25 mins away and are clean and pretty with great facilities nearby. The villa had all you need, lovely pool if not a tad cool, washing facilities, great kitchen and outdoor relaxing areas. The owner Roger is a lovely friendly bloke and is always on hand for help and advice. Would recommend his collection service from airport as its stress free!

Recommend food from Rhondo's and coffee from El Cap near the harbour.

All in all s great holiday at a lovely villa. Will definitely be back! X

Lovely villa, in a good location

The first thing I'd say is that the photos really don't do it justice. It is a lovely property, with 4 outdoor eating areas and everything you could possibly need for you stay. It's very clean, and really is a home from home. The pool is larger than average with the shallow end about 1 metre deep and the deep end about 2 metres. The nearest supermarket is just across the road, although there's a better one up the hill. The nearest restaurant (Satari's) is all of one minutes walk from the villa, and was the best one we found all week. I would advise having a car to get the best from your stay. The best local beach is El Portet. Apart from the beaches, Moraira is well-situated for day trips further afield. We went to Safari Aitana, Valencia and Guadalest, and I can recommend all of them. Roger is very friendly and helpful, and clearly keen that you have as good a time as possible, and I'm sure you will!

Ideal

We are still here into our first week at the villa and loving it. Before booking I read the reviews but so many were from people who were regulars and that can be misleading. However we booked and are delighted. We never stay in the same place twice so have no need to make comments that endear us to the owners.

Roger is great, we have yet to meet Carol, and is so willing to offer help and advice on everything. The perfect owner to be honest.

The villa has just the best outdoor space you could want. A fantastic pool as well as 4 different places to eat outdoors. Roger your photos don't do it justice as there is only 1 picture of the pool and none of the different erases and gazebo.

Inside there is everything you need. A well equipped kitchen with a large fridge that is complemented by another fridge in the bar area.

The rest of the furnishings are a matter of choice but all are comfortable, fine for a holiday and there are plenty of hangars for clothes.

Across what is really a quiet road there is a great cafe to buy your croissants and bread and next to it a well stocked supermarket with excellent fresh fish and meat counters.

The beach is as others have said only 500 metres away and whilst rocky has lots of brilliant clear water for snorkelling.

There seem to be plenty of good restaurants nearby, certainly within walking distance, although we prefer to buy local products and. Ok on the excellent barbecue.

We love it here as it has everything we want for a relaxing outdoors holiday.

Moraira enjoys a typical subtropical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in summer and protection by surrounding mountains against the cold North winds in winter. Moraira has an impressive marina, excellent variety of local shops, harbour-side restaurants which still retain their Spanish character. The two main local gently shelving sandy beaches are well tended and very safe for family bathing. Other local leisure facilities include 3 large golf courses, tennis, football, squash, all water sports, boat hire, horseriding, go-karting, a small fairground and three good night-clubs.
