A lovely place to stay but watch out for the hidden costs

This property was very clean, well equipped ( but no wardrobe in ensuite room), the view over the harbour from the lounge/dining area was just perfect for relaxing. Very nice restaurants all along the harbour,shops and town all within walking distance. Do check the layout, the bedrooms are all accessed through the double bedroom and the en suit double is accessed across the out side patio area, Just a few minor problems, the phone number we were given didn't work from an English mobil, It was not made clear we had to pay a 200 euro deposit on arrival, we would have done this by credit card before we left, or taken more euros to cover the cost, we had to pay extra for electric and water, (we were not given the readings or a receipt), we were not told it would be 75 euros to clean the apartment or do it yourself, or 65 euros for the bedding and towels, ( this fee was wavered when we were able to show the homeaway website that said it was provided)

Für uns ein perfekter Urlaub

Wir (Ehepaar mit 8-jähriger Tochter) haben den Aufenthalt in Granville und in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr genossen da sie eine sehr gute Lage hat und sehr gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet ist.

Wir haben es genossen, bei offenem Fenster mit Blick auf den Hafen zu essen. Das Restaurant unten rechts hat uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen. Die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso der Stadtstrand beim Casino. Für lange Strandspaziergänge haben wir die langen Sandstrände genutzt, die nördlich und südlich an Granville anschließen.

Bei Bedarf gibt es gemütliche Cafe's, Märkte und Boutiquen. Wir haben häufig selbst gekocht und dafür frischen Fisch bei einem Fischhändler in der Nähe gekauft.

Da wir 3 Wochen da waren, haben wir Ausflüge nach Cherbourg, Barfleur, Saint Malo und Jersey unternommen, die uns alle sehr gut gefallen haben.

Was für einige vielleicht negativ sein kann ist, dass es zwar einen sehr schönen Fernseher gibt, aber keine deutschsprachigen Programme. Für uns war das aber erholungssteigernd da sonst vermutlich unsere kleine Tochter öfters Fernsehen geschaut hätte.

mooi appartement met fraai uitzicht op de haven.

Het appartement is schoon en netjes, compleet ingericht, goede bedden. Granville is een leuke stad met in de omgeving leuke restaurant. Mogelijkheid tot veel uitstapjes en natuurlijk watersport.

Het was een fijne week in een leuke omgeving.

Trés bien situé avec vue sur le port ,trés propre ,propriétaires trés aimables..;rien que du bonheur.Excellent rapport qualité prix.Et à proximité d'une poissonnerie géniale.

Bel appartement avec jolie vue sur le port

Les points positifs :

L'appartement est bien décoré, sobrement.

Il y a une jolie vue sur le port.

Les propriétaires sont accueillants.

Les points négatifs :

L'agencement des pièces vous oblige à traverser une chambre pour accéder aux autres et à la salle de bain.

La terrasse est orientée au Nord et donc peu ensoleillée

On n'a peut-être pas eu de chance mais le voisin du bas fait la fête très tard avec beaucoup de bruit.
