Very private and not overlooked, the villa is located at the end of a peaceful country lane in a quiet residential area.
From the living room, sliding French windows lead out to a wide terrace with a large teak table and chairs for outdoor dining overlooking a dramatic view of the surrounding olive groves with the entrance to the gorge of the River Loup in the background. Next to the terrace is a pleasant lawn shaded by palm and blue spruce. From the upper lawn and terrace you overlook the pool and pool area. The villa has an exceptionally large 14 x 6 metre pool accessed by Roman steps and can be electrically heated year round. Around the pool are plenty of sunloungers, parasols and a covered pergola with relaxing sofa and chairs providing permanent shade by the pool.

The property is available for holiday rental throughout the year, rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday (June-September) and with flexible dates at other times of year.
Rates include pool towels, utilities and a once a week clean and change of linen.
Pool heating is available 1 April-31 October - €200 per week.
