One bedroom apartment, sleeps 2-5, next to underground station

This one bedroom vacation rental is located on Westminster Bridge Road next to Lambeth North Underground Station. The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of a 6 story modern building which has an elevator. The building also has a tranquil communal garden for your enjoyment as well as a security system for your safety.

Although this is a one-bedroom apartment, it can accommodate more than expected due to a fully sprung double sofa bed and a further fold up chair bed for a fifth person in the living room. The open layout includes a fully equipped modern kitchen as well as a designated dining area. The spacious bedroom has a kingsize bed. Laundry facilities are conveniently located inside the apartment. There is also a deep soak bathtub for your relaxation after a long day of exploring the wonderful city of London!

Fresh linen and towels provided and free internet wifi.

Repeat stay solidifies our prior five star rating

We returned to Jamie’s wonderful apartment in January and February 2016 for 25 nights. We want to repeat all the positive comments we made after our first visit in the same period in 2015. Like most of Jamie’s guests, we were impressed by the large group of very positive reviews, and felt that our chances of a positive experience were pretty good. That was an understatement. We booked our second stay before we left last year, and booked our third stay for next year before we left this time.

Jamie provides a professionally organized and dependable rental of a great apartment in a great location. The quality of accommodation and service is comparable to what you would expect of any corporate owner. The bonus is that you are dealing with real people who greet you and treat you like friends and neighbors. Jamie and his wonderful employee Sherry are there when you need them, which is very infrequently because the place is so well set up.

This apartment is exactly what we look for when we search HomeAway, and you can book this place with confidence.

Unbelievable stay / Un séjour incroyable !

Accueillis par Sherry (très amicale, patiente), nous avons tout de suite été à l'aise dans l'appartement très fonctionnel, avec nos 3 enfants, de 10 à 15 ans.

Nous avons adoré l'emplacement proche du métro Lambeth North et des lignes de bus qui vont directement à Trafalguar Square (Charring Cross Station) et Picadilly Circus.

Tesco, super pratique en cas de petites faim pour les enfants. Les pubs juste à côté de l'appartement pour que les parents prennent un peu de temps pour eux...

Ce fut un séjour incroyable ! Londres est étonnant et si vivant !

It was so wonderfull to have a stay with our 3 children in this apartment !

Sherry was very friendly and took time to explain us the details of the apartment.

All places of interest are near :

- by feet : London Eye, Westminster Bridge, Big Ben...

- By Bus or tube : Picadilly Circus, Trafalguar Square, The Tower of London, Tussaud's...

And the pubs near the appartment are very pleasant to have a rest... for the parents :-)

Vanta una posizione centrale con fermata della metropolitana e dell'autobus sotto casa.

Un appartement idéalement situé qui permet de profiter au mieux de Londres ! Quartier très agréable et très vivant permettant de diner à proximité et profiter de la vie londonnienne. Accès très facile aux bus et métro pour toutes les visites et vers tous les quartiers de Londres. Et une fois dans l''appartement, l'équipement permet un séjour de tout confort !

De plus, Jamie et Sherry sont vraiment charmants, ils nous ont aidé à préparer notre séjour avec plein d'informations utiles, des réponses à toutes nos questions et un accueil très sympathique. Merci à vous et à bientôt !

Perfect flat in an amazing location!

If you are looking for a place to stay in central London, look no further! Jamie's flat is situated less than 10 minutes on foot from Westminster and less than 100 feet from a tube stop. The flat is clean and well appointed, and Jamie is wonderful to work with. Take one worry out of booking your next holiday and reserve this flat today!

Place is clean. Equipped with all the basic essentials. Sound Proof. Next to train station and 10 mins walking to Waterloo Station. Walking distance to Big Ben, London Eye, Westminster Abbey and River. Safe Location. Accessible to everything. Tesco round the corner as well as coffee shop. I love it. Serves us comfortably. To Jamie, appreciate accommodating our midnight booking. Will book this place again.

The apartment is situated in Lambeth North, a great location that provides a variety of many things to do and see. In the immediate vicinity of this apartment there are various restaurants such as the Italian restaurant Cotto across the road and the delicious Cuban restaurant, Cubana. To really submerge yourself in the British culture you could check out the pub, The Horse (across the street) or the the Three Stags for the best Sunday Roast Dinner around. For those who enjoy relaxing in the park, look no further than Archbishops Park or even the beautiful Jubilee Gardens located by Waterloo Bridge.

Nearby are many tourist attractions such as Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye, also known as the Millennium Wheel. If you enjoy museums don't miss out on the Imperial War Museum and gardens, but if you prefer theatre, make sure you attend the National Theatre or the Old Vic Theatre. This apartment is only 20 metres from Lambeth North Tube station which gives you easy access to the Bakerloo Line allowing you to have fast transport within and around the city – 10 minutes to Oxford Circus and 20 minutes to Westfield Shopping Centre. A bus stop opposite the apartment allows you to hop on the 148 bus and take a direct trip to Buckingham Palace.
