Style Apartment 9.1 is a functional and fully-equipped apartment in Madrid, featuring contemporary decor, new furnishings and appliances, a smart layout for up to 7 guests, and a convenient location just 6 minutes’ walk from the nearest metro station, Nueva Numancia.

With a color palette that perfectly balances light, vibrant and dark tones, our local interior designers have created a welcoming space fitted with 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and a comfy living area with 1 double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV.

Each of the 2 bathrooms comes with a shower. Free toiletries are provided for our guests. You don’t have to worry about bringing towels and bed linen, we have them all set for you upon arrival.

The open plan kitchen features an island-style dining area and is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to prepare a delicious breakfast or meal. This includes a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.

You’ll also find fast free Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in this clean and comfortable apartment, a place that feels just like home. For your convenience, this apartment also comes with a washing machine, a hairdryer and iron facilities.

For the comfort of those travelling with their little ones, a baby’s cot and a high chair are available upon request (depending on availability), for free. Estadia muito agradável

Apartamento acolhedor, limpo e bem equipado. A cortesia na recepção com oferta de alguns "miminhos" (bolos, sumo, água, cerveja...) Falta arrumação nos quartos, os talheres disponíveis só dão para 6 hóspedes, impossibilidade de sentar os 8 hóspedes à mesa. O barulho das obras que estão a decorrer no prédio. Dificuldade de estacionamento na zona.

espectacular apartamento

ha sido una estancia genial, el apartamento nos ha sorprendido para bien, es tal cual aparece en las fotos, no le falta de nada a ninguna de las estancias de la casa, esta en una zona tranquila, a unos 600m de la parada de metro, que tenga entrada autonoma fue un punto muy a nuestro favor pues llegamos de madrugada y gracias a eso tuvimos la tranquilidad de llegar sin prisa, a destacar tambien la limpieza del apartamento.
