Style Apartment 9.3 is a recently renovated, fully-equipped apartment in Madrid, featuring eclectic decor with modern and Scandinavian touches, new furnishings and appliances, a smart layout for up to 7 guests, and a convenient location just 6 minutes’ walk from the nearest metro station, Nueva Numancia.

With a color palette that perfectly balances light, neutral and dark elements, our local interior designers have created an inviting space fitted with 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and a cozy living area with 1 double sofa bed and a flat-screen TV.

Each of the 2 bathrooms comes with a shower. Free toiletries are provided for our guests. You don’t have to worry about bringing towels and bed linen, we have them all set for you upon arrival.

The open plan kitchen features an island-style dining area and is fully equipped with all the appliances you need to prepare a delicious breakfast or meal. This includes a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machine and kettle.

You’ll also find fast free Wi-Fi and air conditioning/heating in this clean and comfortable apartment, a place that feels just like home. For your convenience, this apartment also comes with a washing machine, a hairdryer and iron facilities.

For the comfort of those travelling with their little ones, a baby’s cot and a high chair are available upon request (depending on availability), for free. Klein appartement buiten centrum Madrid

Een klein appartement buiten het centrum van Madrid. Het is op 6 minuten lopen van de metro en daardoor is alles toch binnen handbereik. Er staat dat het appartement voor 7 personen is, alleen dan loop je wel klem als je er meer wil doen dan alleen slapen. Er is op de bank plaats voor 3 personen, de eettafel is een ongemakkelijke hoge tafel met hoge krukken, waarvan er ook maar 6 zijn. De gedeelde douche met toilet komt uit in keuken/woonkamer. Alles is erg compact, wij waren 5 dagen met 3 personen, dat ging prima en daarna 3 dagen met 5 personen en dan loop je elkaar wel in de weg. De gedeelde douche had een probleem met de afvoer, waaruit het stankslot weg was en je dus in de rioollucht moest leven. Na 3 x geklaagd te hebben kregen we airspray, daarmee is het probleem natuurlijk niet verholpen.
