House very close to the Center can be divided into 2 Colonial houses. Amazing View

Requires a lot of maintenance, lacks basic stuff and disappointing communication from owner / admin.
Its a big house that could have beed a great selection but it wasn't. A bad experience, too many wrong, broken things. The property seems partially in disuse.
-Owner gave us access and use of just 3 bedrooms of the 5 listed the first 2 days of our stay. (2 floors out of 3)
- Main entrance door didn't have a working lock/key when we arrived. Had to use latches from the inside.
-2 of the bathrooms had water leakage on the toilet base.
-All toilets have difficulties flushing (have to flush 2 or 3 times)
-3 rooms in the house didn't have any kind of curtains (living, dinning room and 1 of the bedrooms). The rest of the rooms have just very thin clothes
- 1 of the rooms didn't have any heating means.
- 1 of the sofa beds had a very worn out foam mat.
- Insufficient bedding in 3 of the bedrooms (sheets, blankets, etc.)
- 2 bedrooms without any artificial light (no lamps, light bulbs or working fixtures)
-No trash can or bin in all the property
-Cooking utensils very dirty, with food remains
-Cooking pots and pans crusted, dirty and worn out
-Silverware dirty and insufficient (example, just 3 forks)
-Glassware and coffee cups dirty
-No Microwave or coffee machine.
-Just 3 chairs in the 6 place dinning room...
-Spoiled food in the kitchen cabinet under the sink
-Old food in the refrigerator (lettuces, mole, etc.)
The maintenance guy was sympathetic but all the problems, flaws and missing items were overwhelming or non-resolvable by him.
We contacted Frank Casas, the administrator/owner and he was understanding at first and promised to make things right at the end of our stay but stopped answering our calls or emails. We feel mislead and cheated.
It was not as they say. We had guests before and no complaints but I was not htere as my father died. anyway I apologiza accept the critics and try to improve.
