The apartment is a T3 ground floor, renovated in 2011, the latest standards. It is oriented north / south.
It consists of:
- a large lounge / dining room of 35m ² with kitchen and closet at the entrance,
- a bedroom of 11 m² with double bed 140x190, a large closet and a desk,
- a 9m ² bedroom with two single beds 90x190,
- a bathroom with walk-in shower,
- separate WC,
- access to a terrace and a private garden of 25m ²,
- an outdoor parking space with direct access to the apartment.
Beds are made and towels provided.
The living / dining room has a sofa 3 places convertible in bed for 2, and an expandable table seats six.
The appartment is ideally located:
near the city center and the train station in Bordeaux, a few minutes from Bordeaux and Talence Universities
close to south suburbs of Bordeaux and served by the tramway line C.
Tramway line C at 700m (station 'Terres Neuves' or 'La Belle Rose') serving :
- Bordeaux train station in 5 minutes
- the 'Place de la Bourse' in 10 minutes
- Quinconces in 15 minutes.

The owner Damien was very accommodating, too! A very pleasant stay! Will definitely book again!!
Our first impression was one of pure delight. The apartment was spacious and extremely clean and well provided for. It had its own patio area and semi private garden. The shops, banks and supermarkets were very near by as were the bus and tram stops but we also found it possible to walk into the centre of Bordeaux within an hour.
The owners are very helpful and thoughtful. They had provided their own guide booklet to the apartment and the area in both French and English. Damien's first email to us when we booked was both courteous and prompt and to help us with our arrival he even offered to meet us at the airport.
We would whole heartedly recommend this holiday home to anyone visiting Bordeaux.

Nous y avons séjourné une semaine et avons été tres satisfaits. L appartement est fonctionnel , d une propreté impeccable et fort silencieux . De plus , Damien et Emmanuelle ont constamment été présents pour nos assister . Si nous décidions de revenir a Bordeaux , ville ravissante , nous n hésiterions pas a le relouer . David.
Clean, super modern and spacious apartment within easy walk to the tram. Very comfortable with outside patio area.The host was extemely pleasant and helpful. The apartment was well organised with several information brochures on local shops. We would definitely come back again.
Logement agréable, spacieux, conforme à la description, hygiène parfaite, tout à disposition, emplacement idéal pour visiter Bordeaux.
Ma famille et moi nous y sommes restés 11jours, et je recommanderai bien évidemment cet appartement.
Logement conforme à la description, spacieux, lumineux et l'accès au jardin et à la terrasse est très appréciable. Très propre, bien agencé avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour accueillir enfant et bébé, nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour sous le soleil.
Seul bémol, lorsque le tramway ne fonctionne pas, on se retrouve un peu loin du centre de Bordeaux.
Le propriétaire est sympathique et a été très arrangeant sur les horaires de départ et d'arrivée, ce qui est appréciable lorsqu'on est tributaire de la SNCF.
