*** Bright and spacious three-room apartment of about 100sqm located on the second floor of a building with no lift capable of hosting up to 5 people! The apartment is located on a quiet street, closed to traffic and boasts a sunny terrace of about 12 square meters. Equipped with WIFI, A / C and less than 500 meters from all the main services such as tram stop, bars, supermarkets and pharmacies, the accommodation is ideal for tourist or business stays since it also has a small office room!

*** The accommodation has a living room with a dining area and a relaxation area of approximately 25sqm, a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The bedrooms are one with a double bed of about 20sqm and the second with 3 single beds of about 17sqm. Both have wardrobes and ceiling fans. There is also a nice study / library corner where you can work or study in complete tranquility! Toilet with bidet and bath / shower. Possibility of cot on request. At guests' disposal there are also: heating, TV, washing machine, communal garden and child seat.

 * after midnight and until 1 a supplement of 40 Euros is required
