As soon as you open the front door to Compass Point 1 #407 (top floor), the views, high ceilings and sunlit space take your breath away, literally. You are welcomed by a nice entryway with a space to put your shoes and beach gear where you are then led into the main open concept dining, kitchen and living areas. A wonderfully unique and vast rotunda with 13' ceilings draws you into the views of rolling dunes, the white sand beaches, and the beautiful blue water of the Emerald Coast. You can see for miles and miles. Simply stunning. You will also have usage of a four seat GOLF CART**, which is for use within the WaterSound community only (cart is NOT street legal).
No expenses are spared with the marble countertops and Viking stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. The counter bar has seating for 4. This space lends itself to entertaining with the open concept kitchen that overlooks the living area and dining area, not to mention the views. Each of the 3 bedrooms has its own full bathroom as well as unparalleled views of the Gulf. There is a balcony off of the living/dining area that is also accessible from the Main King master and a dining balcony off of the kitchen and second king bedroom with seating for 4. At the end of the hallway is a bunk room that sleeps 4 with its own en-suite bathroom. An office workspace, full washer and dryer, 3 bikes and deeded parking round out all that this condo has to offer. Additionally, on the grounds there is a private pool for Compass Point Condo guests and there is also access to the Dunesider pool directly across the street from the building, which also has a snack shack. The beach walkover boardwalk is directly behind the Dunesider pool.

- NO Events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
Reservation/ Booking Policy
- RATES- SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY during Spring Break and Summer
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
- Except for a $250 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date
- We accept Visa, M/C, Discover and AmEx credit cards
- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM AND CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM
