A luxurious 5 bedroomed, 4 bathroom villa with heated pool and hot tub

An imposing and modern villa which is situated on a flat plot in a highly sought after location enjoying spectacular views to the sea, Calpe's emblematic Ifach Rock and mountains behind. This is an amazing 5 bed, 4 bath luxury villa with stunning views. The property is fronted by an attractive dry stone wall and a remote control operated gate which opens onto a tarmac driveway leading up to the entrance. A few steps from the driveway lead up to a patio area and on to a ballustraded balcony terrace with an extended seating area and an arched dining naya from where views over the pool and the surrounding terrace looking to the sea and mountains can be enjoyed. A glazed door from the naya takes you into the bright and spacious lounge with a traditional fireplace. Archways lead from the lounge to the dining room, kitchen and study. The stunning lounge has a 50 inch flat screen TV, DVD, WiFi and boasts magnificent panoramic sea views. Stairs lead from the dining room up to the fantastic master suite again with a large TV and DVD, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room with a contemporary glass basin. Patio doors open out onto a private and large balcony terrace providing stunning and amazing views from El Portet around to Calpe's Famous Ifach Rock. The kitchen is modern red and white with deep black granite worktops, stainless steel sink 5 ring gas hob with extractor canopy, built in oven with microwave above and large American style fridge-freezer. A small hallway from the kitchen leads to the large family bathroom with jacuzzi bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and WC. This hallway also leads into the study area and into 1 of the bedrooms (which has a sofa bed) and this also doubles as a games room complete with TV and DVD player. This bedroom also has an external door which leads out on to the gardens. From the study area a second staircase leads to 2 further bedrooms - one of these bedrooms is a double room and the other has a single bed with an additional trundle single bed which can enable 2 children to sleep in here) and a shower room.

From the naya outside there are steps leading down to the vast pool terrace area with private heated pool and hot tub, the outside kitchen area and the lower floor accommodation. There is also a pool side shower which can be used with both hot and cold water. The lower floor accommodation has a separate 1 bedroom guest apartment with separate kitchen, bathroom, lounge and additional sofa bed.

Moraira itself offers a variety of leisure activites including scuba diving, jet skiing, kayaking and deep sea fishing as well as many other activities.

Scuba Diving - we can personally recommend Scuba Moraira which is located centrally on the Carreterra Calpe - Moraira.

Jet Ski hire can be found centrally located adjacent to the Marina.

Deep sea fishing locally in Moraira and nearby Javea, Calpe and Denia.

For the adrenalin junkies the Terra Mitica Theme Park (formerly a Paramount Theme Park) can be found in Benidorm and is accessible via train (Teulada), car or coach.

Also in Benidorm you can find two large water parks with attached zoos - Aqualandia with its sister park Mundomar and Aqua Natura with its associated zoo Terra Natura.

Valencia is only an hour away and is a fantastic City to explore and also has a fantastic zoo - Bioparc which is worth a visit.

As mentioned above we started holidaying in Moraira 28 years ago and fell in love with this amazing fishing town. We have seen many changes but Moraira itself has never been spoilt - no high rise apartment blocks and a lack of hotels keeps the town personal and a fantastic area to enjoy a family holiday

This villa is on a quiet cul de sac with private drive and gardens and the 360 degree views are amazing and to sit out on the naya looking over both Moraira, Calpe Rock and also the nearby mountains is hard to find.

The property is in a small quiet cul de sac with a large driveway and electric gates for secure parking. There is a large heated pool which has large low steps giving safe access to the shallow end of the pool for children and also boasts a slide into the deep end. There is a fabulous hot tub and outside shower area and also a dining area outside with poolside seating, gas BBQ and a large flat screen TV. The landscaped gardens boasts numerous fruit trees. There is also a large safe area to the rear of the property with a covered fishpond, basket ball hoop, pool table.

An amazing luxurious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with stunning 360 degree views within a short walking distance to the secluded El Portet beach. The villa enjoys a non overlooked location in a desireable and quiet cul de sac. Moraira is a popular yet exclusively stylish small coastal fishing town with a cosmopolitan ambiance endorsed by the abundance of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. It boasts a fantastic marina which is surrounded by local restaurants where you can sample the 'catch of the day'. There are two well kept beautiful white sandy beaches (El Portet and Ambollo) along with Las Rochas which ideal for snorkling - all boasting the 'Blue Flag' for water quality and cleanliness Moraira has plenty to occupy children and adults alike and holds an open air market every Friday. Moraira is loved by holiday makers and residents for its idyllic pace of life enjoying the sunshine and local varied cuisine, whilst staying in touch with the true 'Taste of Spain. The nearby towns of Javea and Denia offer a wealth of further insights into this beautiful corner of the Costa Blanca. The busy town of Benidorm is a 30 minute drive away and offers 2 water parks (Aqualandia and Aqua Natura) and also a Paramount Theme Park (Terra Mitica). All are well worth a visit for a day out.

All rental prices include bedding and 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person. Beach towels are also provided (1 per person). A starter pack of water, coffee, tea, milk, juice, bread, butter, wine and beer is also provided along with a starter pack of soap and toilet rolls for each rental.

A security deposit of £500 is taken with each booking and this is refunded to your Bank after a final inspection has taken place.

A final property clean charged at £120 (up to 6 people) and £160 (up to 8 people) and £200 (up to 10 people) and £240 for up to 12 people. . Mid stay linen changes/freshen up cleans are available at a cost of £12 per person and are not compulsory but are recommended to maintain the luxury status of the villa

Air conditioning is included within the price of the holiday based upon reasonable use not 24/7 cooling. Excessive use is calculated at 24 cents/unit of electrical consumption.
