Large Villa with super pool!
The villa is large and well equipped. The outside space is brill, plenty of room to eat and lounge about. Very private, with lovely views and you are not overlooked. The pool is deep and therefore was still cool enough to be refreshing, great when it's 40 degrees!! The only downside is to get to villa there are a lot of steps, but I would say it's worth it. We had a great stay.
Nerja Holiday 2019
This was a lovely property, well cared for and well equipped. We had a lovely eight days in this beautiful area. The description of the villa, the area & amenities were as stated. Air conditioning, WiFi, etc! There was a lovely feeling about the villa. It felt homely & the separate areas/bedrooms worked perfectly for our family.
We would definitely go back to this villa.
Vila stays in nerja
Very well equipped house really enjoyed our stay . Only thing is distance from the town as it was quite hard getting taxis home if you weren’t inclined to walk home at night time - nice walk down to the town earlier in the evening
Nerja, common Costa del Sol, located in the eastern side of the province of Malaga 50 km from the capital and one hour drive from Granada. Located at the foot of the Sierra Almijara and Tejeda mountains, Nerja advances towards the Mediterranean Sea with a rock called Balcón de Europa. Thanks to the mountains that protect us from the cold of the North we can benefit from a mild and subtropical climate.
Through its 13 km side Nerja offers long beaches with better service as at the well known Burriana beach, with virgin bays located at the cliff of Maro.
In the old town of the village you find the famous Balcón de Europa, an ancient fort of the IX century that currently serves as a point of view towards the beaches and the mountains. Next to the Balcón de Europa is the Salvador Church of the XVIII century of the Moorish style. There is also the chapel of Ntra. Sra. From the Angustias of century XV with paintings of Alonso Cano.
Nerja keeps alive its traditional festivals and one celebrates in a special way the carnival, the Semana Santa (the week before Easter), and day of the cruces (the day of the crosses), the romería of San Isidro (the pilgrimage to San Isidro ), San Juan's Night (San Juan's Night), Carmen's Fiesta (Carmen's Feast) and Feria (Funfair). It is also necessary to emphasize the festivales of the Cueva (the festivals of the cave) that one celebrates in July in one of the rooms of the cave. The Cueva de Nerja (Nerja Cave) is the third most visited monument in Spain. The attraction of the cave consists of stalactites and stalagmites formed during millennia and whose natural beauty is complemented by light and sound.
For lovers of nature and trekking Nerja offers landscapes and countries of unusual beauty like the river bed Chillar, the climb to the "sky side" (the cuesta del cielo) or a walk to Frigiliana by the bed of the Higuerón river. Of course there are many more activities you can do like diving, skiing, jet skis, cycling, horse riding and in case you like golf we have a golf course at 15 min from Nerja, the Campo de Golf Baviera in Algorrobo and has a golf course 30 min away, the golf campo Anoreta in Rincón de la Victoria.
