This smart apartment is stylishly furnished and equipped to a high standard. There are beautiful south facing gardens and a pool exclusive to these apartments. There is also use of a larger pool situated directly on the beach, both have areas suitable for younger children. This is a lovely 3 bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a large terrace and small private garden. There is a spacious, light, south facing living room, which opens onto the terrace and garden, there is also a separate dining area and fully equiped kitchen. The apartment also enjoys views over the gardens to the Marina.

The apartment is very comfortable and makes a superb holiday home for all families and couples and is perfectly located for golf lovers!

This place is perfect.

We stayed a week at this apartment in Cabo Pino in June and had a very relaxing holiday. The apartment is slightly set back from the main buildings so it is lovely and peaceful with good parking. We particularly liked having a garden to sit out in first thing. (Or for lunch or sundowners!) The beach is a short walk and the main pool is lush - lovely and clean and the perfect refreshing temperature. We also used the smaller pool which we had to ourselves. Then of course there are the restaurants and bars at the Marina - a couple of new ones since our last visit 4 years ago, in particular "La Playa" on the beach to the north. Everything is easily walkable so family members could do their own thing without being too far apart then meet up for a cocktail. The facilities at the property are ample - a light and airy apartment with a good layout sleeping 6 comfortably but with a camp bed if needed. Plenty of hot water in the showers so no one was disappointed! The kitchen is well equipped and I can't think of any criticism! We also felt very safe - gates had codes and there are security bars over windows and french doors. We will definitely be coming back.

Great little hide away

The property is perfectly located, spacious, bright, well-equipped and clean. Communications with the owner beforehand and management on site during our stay were excellent. Some lovely restaurants locally to suit all budgets and a greta little local shop. Taxi rank is so close I don't think we'd bother hiring a car next time. Thanks for a great stay

Brilliant Spacious Apartment

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday in our favourite place of Puerto Cabopino. We stayed in this amazing apartment that has lots of room and everything you would need to make it a home from home. The garden was an extra bonus being able to sit and take in the lovely weather. Although it is close to the main road it is very quiet. It is literally a 5 mins walk to the harbour, main pool and the amazing 'Andy's Beach bar'. We would definitely recommend it and will be booking it again in the near future.

Amazing stay

Stayed here with a large family and we all had a fantastic time.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and spacious for a family of 6 Essentially it had wifi and air conditioning 👍🏼

The outside garden was a particular pleasure and so peaceful.

The whole family agreed we had the best holiday ever..

Definitely will return to this beautiful area and abetment.

Nice apartment, but too expensive

Hi,

The apartment was correct. It is well taken care off, but too expensive (we went in high season), for what you get.

No dish washer, a lot of bugs, so had to close the terrace doors always, not able to enjoy the terrace. Furniture was quite out of date, uncomfortable couches. The pool was nice, but both my children got green hair due to the chemicals, we complained to the pool staff (we ended up having to go to the hairdresser and buy expensive products to get their hair back to normal, as they are 18 and 14) . Lots of mosquito's also, we were full of bites.. Overall it is a nice apartment, but for the price they charge I expected a much more luxury stay. So again I would have felt much better if I didn't pay that much, as I didn't think it was worth it. leaving me with a bitter sense of having spend too much money for 1 week.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your comments, these are always appreciated. As owners we do endeavour to ensure all guests have a very positive experience in our apartment. It is obviously more expensive in high season but we do full research to ensure our apartment is competitively priced for the number of person occupancy and its position at the port. We have undergone a refurbishment this year and the apartment benefits from a new kitchen and bathroom, and all the bedrooms have had new furniture installed. The photos and details of the apartment are accurate as advertised for guest perusal prior to booking. There is no dishwasher advertised. High season does unfortunately bring more insects and mosquitos, and is not something as owners we can control, however, we have electric repellants to minimise these and of course it is up to the individual to ensure self protection and to close doors between dusk and dawn using the air conditioning. Reference the pool, the chemicals used are unfortunately essential to prevent bacteria etc. and probably increased in exceptionally hot weather (high season), it is regretful you had the problem with the children's hair. Our representative is always on call for any advice, she is very kind and helpful to all guests and does go the extra mile if needed as our previous reviews have shown.

Great appartment in Cabopino

We, dutch family of 5 had a wonderful holiday in Cabopino. Both appartment and location where excelent. Appartment was very well equiped and clean and offers everything you can wish, including the use of 2 pools. There is short walk to Cabopino restaurants and beaches (Andy's or also more quiet beach on the other side of Cabopino's harbour).

Booking went easy by the HomeAway site. Contact by mail with Ann Bodell, was accurate and professional, same for the representative at our arrival Janet. We would recommend this appartment for sure to other guests.

Cabopino Norte Apartments are the best apartments in this development of delightful holiday homes right in the heart of Puerto Cabopino. Cabopino is a delightful small resort area built round a pretty marina displaying beautiful architecture.

At Puerto Cabopino you will find a good choice of restaurants and bars situated both at the front of the port overlooking the marina and behind the harbour where there is a lovely cobbled plaza. There is also a small convenience store. There are an array of restaurants to suit all tastes offering english, italian, chinese, thai and indian as well as fine dining cuisine and a large fresh fish restaurant. One of the restaurants is the famous 'Alberts on the Port', great for lunch or evening meal with live music.

Cabopino Norte apartments are just a couple of minutes walk from the marina and beach where you will find facilities such as watersports (Jet skiing, water skiing, pedal boats, snorkelling, wind surfing), tennis, horse riding and golf.

For golf lovers this area really is a golf haven with a fantastic year round climate and an impressive list of courses. There are many courses situated along the coast catering for both the serious and social golfer including some championship courses, the nearest course is Cabopino Golf just a couple of minutes away. Others just a 15 minute drive away include Santa Maria, Santa Clara, Mijas, La Cala and Santana.

Just 15 minutes away is glamorous Marbella and Puerto Banus both offering fantastic shopping, a wealth of dining options and legendary nightlife. A visit to Orange Square (Plaza de los Naranjos) is a must. It is the historic centre of Marbella and is full of beautiful architecture, shops and restaurants, and with it's delicate scent of the orange trees it is lovely to sit in the middle of the square and enjoy lunch or dinner.

So whether your desire is for action, golf, an ice-cream at the beach, a cocktail at the marina, or to simply relax by the sea sipping wine at one of the many beach bars, Puerto Cabopino is perfectly situated to cater for your needs. Puerto Cabopino is said to be the hidden gem of Spain's Costa del Sol.

This superb location is a wonderful choice for a holiday and is ideal for families, groups of friends and golfers.
