Beautiful house in the Dordogne valley

Bedrooms 7
Space 3,229 sq. ft.
Property type house
Minimum Stay 7 nights

About the property

Mansion XIX, quiet and spacious site near the Dordogne

At the exit of the village, the property enjoys a particularly quiet site, ideal for family holidays and relaxing. The large lawn to the south offers an unobstructed view of the hills and cliffs that dominate the Dordogne. While some rest in the shade of three hundred year old cedar trees, others can laze by the pool or play ball or ping pong.

The garden and swimming pool are largely equipped with umbrellas, deck chairs, pool mattresses, swing chairs, tables and chairs for outdoor dining as well as a plancha and barbecue.

The property will satisfy lovers of cultural holidays (Rocamadour 2 ° site of France, Sarlat, gardens of Eyrignac and Marqueyssac among the 27 stars of the Guide Vert located less than 25 km!).

For athletes: hiking, of course, but also bike, the bike path joining Sarlat past the house. Mountain biking in the hills, crossing forest paths, canoeing on the Dordogne. And also Souillac (5km): riding club, tennis club, golf and 2 courses of hook-branches on the road to Sarlat.

You will find at your disposal 6 bikes for your hikes, a ball game, balloons, ping-pong and many board games.

For shopping, a very good bakery in the village allows a daily supply and quality. The races are in Souillac: a big center Leclerc and a Hall of local producers in 8 minutes and of course the city center for 3 minutes more.

In addition to the living room and dining room, a large games room / television with mezzanine (70 m²) allows generations to live together without interference.

The house is equipped with wifi, "laptops" pass well, a DVD player and an abundant DVD library are at your disposal as well as many comics for all ages.

The very well equipped kitchen is independent and communicates with the dining room.

The rooms are spacious.

The house is equipped with electric auxiliary heating in each room.

In addition to the 4 bathrooms, there is a w. c. on each floor (R. C. and 1 °)

We put at your disposal 2 extra beds for children (1 cot, a wooden crib), a stroller, a high chair.

Beautiful house in the Dordogne valley

Beautiful house with lots of character

  • 5 of 5

We loved the house and the it's antique furnishings which reflected the history of the house (from the portraits of family members to the 1960's bathroom). There were lots of different areas for people to relax, lovely shady old trees, as well as ping pong and a separate games room. We particularly appreciated the bikes which we used to explore the surrounding area. Cazoules is a picturesque village in a great location.
