The property sleeps up to eight people in four bedrooms (three en suite), and also benefits from a family bathroom. In addition, there is a modern kitchen and open plan living / dining area with a wood burning stove. Outside is a private terrace and parking for one car, whilst the tennis court, swimming pool and other leisure facilities provided by the club are within a short walk – all of which are complimentary for guests. Courtyard Cottage is in an ideal location for sports enthusiasts and energetic families alike.

There is also a small bistro table with 2 chairs on the balcony deck. Baby friendly: travel cot, highchair, buggy and stairgate available. Bed linen, bath towels and tea towels are provided. Guests will require beach towels. Allocated parking for one car, with additional parking in the main car park. Both are situated a few minutes walk from the property which is uphill via steps or ramp. Portable trolley to help with luggage transfer to/from the parking area. Strictly No Smoking

A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through picturesque countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat trip across to Kingswear and on to Brixham, a pretty little harbour town.
