Looking for the ultimate Hawaiian vacation get away? This beautiful home sleeps 8 comfortably with 4 Main Suites and 4 Bathrooms.

This stunning custom estate has everything you would expect plus built in features that make it a true sanctuary. From the relaxing sounds of the waterfall to the serenity of the salt water pool to the lush landscaping – you can't help but immerse yourself in the beauty of Halele'a, our house of Joy.

This home's island architecture naturally capitalizes on the awe-inspiring ocean and tropical landscape views. Each bedroom and living space features large windows and glass doors that invite the outdoors in allowing you to seamlessly enjoy the expansive lanai with the convenience of the house.

The house features four Main Suites, all with their own private bathrooms and are unique in their own design and flare. All of the bedrooms have televisions, king sized beds and enjoy ocean views. One bedroom contains a King size bed can be separated into two twins upon request & for a fee, and a private bathroom. And a true differentiator – you can enjoy a good night's sleep with zoned air conditioning that covers the entire home.

The main primary suite is the only bedroom upstairs. It is beautifully appointed and a wonderful place to enjoy Kailua Bay views off of its private, large lanai. And the en-suite bathroom, with both bathtub and shower, is pure elegance!

The large open kitchen is beautiful and a wonderful place for entertaining. The unique circular design and high ceilings lend themselves to an open feeling of creativity for making that perfect meal and enjoying those gatherings with family and friends. There are indoor and outdoor dining options with large tables, each with seating for 8. There is additional kitchen island stool seating. *The broiler does not work on the oven.

There are plenty of lanai areas both in the sun or covered to enjoy the beautiful views in all directions with several chaise loungers and chairs. Whether you are enjoying some "me" time or spending time with friends and family, there is always something amazing to see such as stunning gardens with beautiful water features, fabulous ocean views and a pool that will knock your socks off!

The designer pool is approximately 4.5 feet deep and 72 feet in length (good for lap swims) ending towards the ocean in a large circle with a beautiful plunge pool within reach! This amazing pool gets sun a good part of the day- depending on the time of year but, it stretches from morning to sunset.

This home is located in the private, gated community of Keauhou Estates. There is quick and easy access to the cinema, the supermarket, the drugstore, Magic Sands Beach, the Snorkel Beach (Kahaluu), golf courses and a plethora of shopping and dining options.

Minimum night varies seasonally 7 -10 nights. This is a Non-Smoking, No Pets Property. Please be aware that noise aware decibel warning devices are installed in this home. They do not record any conversation, but they do alert us if the noise levels exceed the residential limits in the area.

Exactly what we hoped for !!

A lovely house in a fantastic position with great views, and a great outdoor space to spend time in. Everything was ready for us upon arrival and access etc. via the coded entry made it very simple. Property managers were very reactive when we had an issue with one of the cable tv boxes and had someone round within the hour who got it sorted for us. If we are being really picky, we did need to set the timer for the hot water in the two ground floor bedrooms as they have their own cylinder in the master bedroom dressing area and they had no hot water initially. Also Wifi a bit weak, but moving extenders got coverage in most of the house. Overall a fantastic exeperience !!

Kona Home

The home and landscaping absolutely gorgeous! Very well appointed with a plenty of kitchen space, lovely bedrooms and baths, extremely comfortable living and lounging space. Loved the pool, hot tub (even though the jets were not working), waterfall and outdoor gas grill. It was everything we wanted/needed for our visit of 4 couples.

February Visit

This is a fabulous location and the house fit our needs. We did have a number of issues upon our arrival; pool filthy, broken pool skimmer, broken kitchen cabinets that could not be opened, as well as a garbage cabinet that had closed into a electrical bix with exposed wiring. The detached rooms fire alarms went off in the middle of the night on three separate occasions . All were addressed promptly and most were able to be fixed within a few days. The 3rd party people that came out were friendly and addressed what they could explaining why something could not be fixed. I did question that we only received one call back on the first night to follow up on issues. Poor customer service on that end. We did not let it ruin the stay. This is not a young child friendly or elderly friendly house due to stairs and uneven flooring. There are a few loose tiles throughout the property and of course the many areas kids could get into the pool unsupervised. That said, the house is laid out well for privacy, the kitchen was great as it had all of the cookware and dishes on hand. We found a large amount of leftover spices, bowls etc. Eating outside each night and ending a day exploring with a private pool was grand. Our group all agrees that the location, privacy and pool made up for the house being well lived in. The decor and surrounding landscaping are stunning. We would stay here again.
