About Keith Pulsipher
I am Keith Pulsipher and I've lived in the Grand Valley most of my life. I built this cabin in 1996 to provide a retreat for family and friends. We've had many years of fun spending time at this great cabin and now have decided to share our mountain home with others. We hope you will come and relax at the beautiful Arrowhead Community. Please let us know how we can make your stay enjoyable.

Why Keith Pulsipher chose Cimarron
Arrowhead is a mountain community that offers the perfect spot to escape from the daily grind of life. You can laze around all day in a hammock or there's plenty of outdoor activities available if you are up for adventure. Mountain hiking, fly fishing, and ATVing are just a few. Come visit and relax, chill out and unwind.

Worked well for our needs
The property was comfortable with a beautiful setting.
Cool mountain property with some great access to the beautiful Rocky Mountains. I would highly recommend this for a great get away
Private retreat at 9500 feet
With a total of 8 adults and 2 kids staying in the house it felt spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the large open kitchen as a gathering place along with the hot tub and large fire ring for campfires in the evening. Nearby lakes provided fun daytime activities for hiking and fishing. We highly recommend this property and plan on returning!
We had an amazing time! Thank you so much for sharing your cabin with us! We had more than enough room for everyone, the deck was a great place for morning coffee! We listened to the coyotes and the elk were just starting to talk! We would definitely stay here again!!!!
Amazing cabin and location
Beautiful cabin and remote location. Plenty of space inside and out. Great views and dirt road access to the backcountry. If you only plan to fish at the lakes on the Arrowhead property you do not need a Colorado state fishing license.
This was just what we needed for three families. Plenty of room and things for the kids. Lovely time
