A great location to stay!

We recently spent 5 days at the Haussmann apartment while exploring Paris. It was perfect in every way for 2 couples! The apartment was spacious and very clean and the location was ideal. We loved the neighborhood shops and restaurants - anything you could want is across the street, next door or only a few blocks away. And, the metro entrance is just across the street. You can easily get to central Paris in 20 minutes.. I could have spent days just enjoying this neighborhood and the 12th Arrondisement. The first night at the apartment my husband and I walked through the neighborhood purchasing bread, cheese, wine, fruit, pastries, and sandwiches at different shops. A full grocery store is also across the square which we only used for items we couldn't get at the smaller shops.. On Tuesday morning there is a wonderful outdoor market on the square. Instead of going out to dinner that evening, we purchased a delicious assortment of items from the market. I would highly recommend this apartment. If felt like living in the City instead of being a tourist in a hotel.

Fantastic apartment

We have rented in many locations through HomeAway and this was by far our best. Lovely two bedroom apartment, clean, modern and beautiful. We could have actually invited guests for dinner if we had chosen to do so, with a full kitchen and lovely dining room. The balcony looks out over the charming Place Felix Eboue. The metro is literally steps away, and the neighborhood is safe, inviting and friendly. Neighborhood restaurants are lovely - good food and friendly service. Great apartment with easy metro access

Great spacious apartment with easy access to the Metro. The apartment was very clean with a kitchen, dining room, living room and 2 bedrooms with queen size beds. Inès was easy to communicate with, and check-in was very quick and easy. The are several cafes and a supermarket nearby. I recommend the Boulanger at 45 Boulevard de Reuilly for coffee and pastry or light lunch. There is also a street market on Tues. on the Boulevard de Reuilly one block from the apartment. Definitely will stay here on my next trip.

Lovely modern appointed apartment.

Very nice, easy access to transport and shops and cafe's. Street markets regularly. Liked the no key entrance. Had to get used to traffic noise as on a busy roundabout. A nice relaxing retreat from the busy city centre.

Place Felix Eboue is a must stay!

Myself, my wife and 2 daughters (11 and 13) just spent 2 glorious weeks in paris, staying at Place Felix Eboue. It was a wonderful experience. The appartment is fully equipped, and very central to many amenties (boulangeries, grocery stores, the Metro, bus, taxis, etc). We found it a very comfortable and relaxing apartment that was nice to come home to at the end of a busy day spent exploring the wonders of Paris. Inès was a wonderful host who was responsive to our needs and greeted us upon arrival. We highly recommend a stay here and will not hesitate to return on our next trip to Paris. Our Neighbourhood Favorites:

Restaurant - try Le Picotin (www.restaurant-picotin.fr/ ) reasonable priced and excellent food. Also they have very helpful english speaking wait staff if required.

Boulangerie - La Boulange du 12eme just around the corner towards the SImply grocery store.

Street Market - every Tues and Fri

Recreation - Promenade Plantee and the Bois de Vincennes

A pleasure to stay in!

. This Paris apartment is lovely. There are 2 door locks to get in, both keyless with codes which made it secure and easy (to not have to keep up with keys). The location is in more of a neighborhood, with lots of shops, metro stops, cafes, etc right outside of the door. The windows must be double-pane'd because it is quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable with some nice decorating/art touches. We had cable tv, a good wifi. They didn't allow former tenants to leave shampoo, detergent - so buy your own at the grocery store around the corner when you arrive. Beds comfortable! When we left there were taxis lined up outside in the morning to take us to the airport! metro stop is right there and only a few stops to major areas. Highly recommend - would stay there again! PS - they wanted us to pay the balance of 450 euros in cash on arrival, which VRBO does not recommend - so ask if you can pay all in advance with credit card if this is important to you. Better paper trail and also some credit cards have a limit as to how much cash you can take out per day in another country.
