Newly remodeled 3 Bedroom 1 bathroom house. Just off University BLVD, 5 miles from Bryant Denny Stadium. One mile from interstate 20/59. Great for Gameday! Sleeps 6. All new Mattresses!!! Two queen size beds and one full size bed. Large fenced in back yard, Pets welcome. 48" HDTV in the living room with Comcast X-finity and free Wifi. Beautiful new kitchen with a brand new 25' stainless steel refrigerator. Kitchen also has some small appliances to make your stay more enjoyable; Toaster, coffee maker, electric can opener. There is a one car, carport with a washer and dryer in the detached utility room. The back bedroom has french doors that open up into a Sunroom with a couch, two chairs and coffee table.

Clean and comfortable

Fine place to stay outside the university area. Was 13 to 15 min ride to UA in the busy time we were there. It has an unassuming neighborhood and facade but was clean, comfortable, well appointed and quiet to stay in.
