Located in the Bretueil Avenue, the Invalides are less than 5 min away walking, and the Eiffel Tower is very close, it is at the heart of Paris.
The studio is very sunny, very quiet, and functional, it has been fully renovated
For 4 persons: there are 2 sofa-beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with bathtub.
From the studio, you can visit Paris by foot or take one of the 4 underground stations that are located less than 500m away.
I stayed here with my husband and two grown kids and it was great. It's a cozy flat with a good size bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. Everything is as you see in the pictures. The sofa beds were comfortable and a good size - fits 2 people each. They were a little squeaky but it is a sofa bed. When the beds are open its a little tight but we're a pretty organized family so it was fine for us.
The kitchen was very helpful to have and was able to cook some meals. The bathroom is a very good size and water pressure for the bath/shower was good. The apartment is on the 7th floor but there was an elevator. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Walking distance to restaurants, metro, Eiffel Tower and markets. It was very easy to get around and found many good eateries close by.
Antoine replied to all our questions and Christina was very helpful when we arrived. They gave us a sheet with important information and even a channel guide. We would definitely come back and stay here on our next visit.
My wife and I stayed here in 2015 for our first trip to Paris...and it was even better than we hoped it would be! Antoine was very helpful getting us settled in and his English was fine. We felt safe in the neighborhood and liked that it was a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Kitchen had everything we needed for the week and there were plenty of shops/restaurants nearby, as well as the metro station which takes you everywhere!
It was nice to be able to cook some meals at the apartment. The elevator worked fine and was reliable, though it seemed a little small.
We stayed here in the 2nd week of March 2016. It's a wonderful little apartment. Very clean and cosy. Close to the metro station and attractions. There's a farmers market every Thursday and Saturday around the corner from the apartment - very nice. We were able to buy some fresh french produce. In the area there were a lot of lovely french bakeries which we really enjoyed. The owner Antoine was great. He met us at the apartment, explained important information and spoke English well. Definitely recommending this apartment. We will visit and stay here again! Thank you Antoine.
We found the studio very comfortable and cozy (but not cramped!) and it was almost exactly as described in the listing. Antoine was very helpful and gave us useful advice. The location is excellent; there was no noise in the studio, and everything we needed was within easy walking distance. The neighbourhood felt very safe, even late at night. Overall, we had everything we needed, but a proper bread knife would have been handy, and I would have appreciated a washable bathmat and an extra tea towel. The kitchen was had everything we needed, but some of the mugs were cracked. The wifi was perfect, and there were lots of cable television channels. We really enjoyed our stay, and I would certainly recommend the studio to anyone.
This studio and location was convenient, quiet neighborhood, absolutely safe & clean. We stayed at this studio for 5 days it has a modern kitchen that has everything you need. And the futon couch was comfortable. Antoine was wonderful, spoke good english, waited for us with the keys, answered our questions, explained everything we needed to know! Studio is in a nice location, we felt save walking the streets at night. The Eiffel Tower is a 15-20 minute walk away, right across the street is the Seine River, where you can take a tour cruise ride. We mainly used the train station as our main transportation which you could get to a walking distance. The train literally stops near a lot of the tourist locations. Right around the corner of the studio you have a bakery very good choices for breakfast and a walking distance many good restaurants to choose from. My husband and I loved Paris, some day we hope to return. The best tip my husband and I could give is make the effort to learn some basic words in French, the people love it that you are trying to communicate with them. Thank you Antoine for everything we had a wonderful, beautiful time.
