Overlooking the Pike Place Market Clock and Elliott Bay from every window in this suite, you will find the location perfectly positioned at the epicenter of the city. This is a 2 Bedroom with a Master Bedroom and a Den / 2nd Bedroom. If used as a bedroom the room has pocket doors that completely close the space to the living area for privacy.

With the amenities of a hotel and the comforts of a home you get to experience the city on your terms.

The Tower has a fully equipped gym, indoor pool, hot tub and sanua along with a huge common area deck with BBQ’s, lounge chairs and tables. However, in the unit you have your own personal perch on the corner of 1st and Pike and watch thousands of people move through the Market or find yourself gazing out into the harbor as Tankers, Ferries, Sailboats move through the Bay with the backdrop of the snow topped peaks of the Olympic Mountains.

While there are hundreds of dining options available within a 5 minute walk, the kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need to make your own meals with all the fresh ingredients you find at the Market. Also for added convenience there is a fully stocked “pantry” in the basement so you don’t even need to put on a jacket to get any sundry items as CITY TARGET is located within the building.

Interaction with Guests

Building management is available 24/7 to assist in the rare event of a maintenance problem with the facilities. Owner is available by phone/txt/email.

Great proximity to the market
Overall our stay was really good. The location is perfect for walking to the market and all the shops around there. If you're not used to city noise I would suggest something a little further out. The traffic, sirens and cars were a bit much at night with the windows open. Our kids slept in the study and with fans and windows closed they didn't hear much of anything. Everything was comfortable enough for our family. Jeff was super accommodating and responsive to all questions and provided several good recommendations for things to do and restaurants.

Nice condo and great host!
Jeff is an amazing host! He really gave us the lay of the land, and had so many great ideas for things to do both locally and for out of town day trips. His condo is right in the heart of Seattle and steps from Pike Place Market. With all the fresh seafood and fruit etc at the market, we ate like royalty. Wish all the hosts were like Jeff, although now I consider him more of a friend than a host.

A view to die for.
This listing is fantastic from coordinating with Jeff, to the view, to accessibility to everything we needed locally. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Location is perfect and so is the view..
We had such a great time staying at Jeff’s place. It’s in the best location and its so easy to get anything you need around you. The people at the front desk are very friendly. It can’t get a little warm in the condo so you definitely don’t want forget to put the shades down in the middle of the day when you leave it help keeps the place cooler. We also had a wonderful barbecue out on the fifth floor along with being able to swim in the pool and even hitting the gym. I text Jeff through our trip asking him questions and he was very prompt to help us out with anything we needed. We even rented a car unexpectedly for a day and it was very easy to add parking. I will be definitely staying here again one day.
